2.3形态特征、革兰氏染色及运动性

菌株【Ⅱ2在2216E培养基f‘28℃培养24h的

菌落呈圆形、中f.日J略微凸起,半透明,表面光滑,呈浅

褐色,边缘整齐,直径约为0.5ITnTI,产生浅褐色扩散

性的色素,培养72h后菌落颜色变为褐色。菌体革

兰氏染色阴性,短杆状,可运动,有较长的极生单鞭

毛,菌体大小(1.3~1.6)pmX(0.4-0.6)vm(图3)。

2.4生长条件

菌株DL2生长需要NaCl,在NaCl质量分数为

0.85%~4%时均生长良好.NaCl质量分数为

1.55%-3.5%范围内生长较快。温度生长实验表

明,该菌株可以在4--37℃温度范围内生长,在25

--28℃范围内生长较快。在pH6.O~10.0范围内

均能生长,低于6.0时不生长,10.O时生长微弱。
