2.Summary

India JPL 2 × 660MW power plant #1、#2 boiler, each boiler is equipped with 6 numbers HP1163/Dyn type medium-speed mill-type bowl. Corresponding to the mill, there are same numbers of raw coal bunkers. The effective storage capacity of the 6 bunkers could satisfy the consumption of coal for more than 8 hours at BMCR condition when worst coal is burnt according to the EPC contract. The top of the bunker is square steel structure; the bottom of it is a square-conical type.There is air blast generator breaking coal choking for each raw coal bunker to prevent coal block at the outlet of the metal raw coal bunker.Each mill is equipped with one gravimetric type belt coal feeder with frequency converter motor, which could adjust the amount of coal to follow the load requirement of boiler.The coal chutes at inlet and outlet of the mill are made of stainless steel, so it is much convenient for the coal to flow, at the same time, it can be more wearable.

7 Safely civilization construction and environment supervise

7.1 Safely civilization construction measure

7.1.1 Commonly safely civilization construction measure

7.1.1.1The construction person is healthy; strictly abide. Be given the safely and technique instruction prior to work commencement, study and get acquaintance with construction guidance instruction;

7.1.1.2 All engineers shall get safety education and get familiar with also actual situation, after pass in examination can mount guard with card, strictly prohibit working after drinking;

7.1.1.3 Pass way and scaffold should be built as per rules, and be used after check by department and hang card;

7.1.1.4 Working in high altitude should wear agile clothing, soft shoes , motorcycle safety helmet、safety belt and so on;

7.1.1.5 Manufacture certificates are required for Safely facility , like safely helmet、safety

helmet and so on;

7.1.1.6 Hand block must be checked on time, tensile test should be done if necessary;

7.1.1.7 The hammer wooden handle should solid, wear glove is not allowed during work; no man standing in front;

7.1.1.8 Fastness of soft ladder must be checked by construction person before commencement of work, every soft ladder must have lock rope; lock machine shall be put up on the rope when up and down;

7.1.1.9 The level safely rope 、warning rope and fire net should already in erection area , the split fire net should be recovered after lifting; The sundries should be cleaned immediately;

7.1.1.10 Attention shall be paid to antiskid measures and cleaning up the seeper immediately after rain to eliminate hidden trouble in safety;

7.1.1.11 Sufficient light shall be arranged in Construction site at night in suitable place;

7.1.1.12 Under special weather, wind above 6’ 、rain、frog, working in high altitude and lifting work should be stopped;

7.1.1.13 Assembly object should be checked after leave ground 200mm; when the commander consent, the hook can be taken off;

7.1.1.14 The walkie-talkie should be checked by lifting worker, make sure the signal is good. Lifting command shall be near the lifting area to avoid accident due to misunderstanding in signal;

7.1.1.15 An assembly equipment which has spot welding is not allowed to be lifted;

7.1.1.16 All channels shall be free for traffic, the garbage and materials are not allowed to place on road;

7.1.1.17 During construction the welding and cutting processes must be fire proof. Sufficient fire extinguishers are required , before completion construction it is required to check the hidden fire troubles, and leave site only when safety is ensured;

7.1.1.18 All the sling、electrical and fire welding line should kept in good order and do not put together before lifting. When the idle sling shall be put on the shelf instead of on the ground;

7.1.1.19 The false-work should removed immediately when it is not used, hack lever、plate and fastener should be put together; Components should be cleaned prior to lifting to remove the earth and dust;

7.1.1.20 Tool and measuring Implement can not be used before check and acceptance; 7.1.1.21 Electro-motion tools should be earthed; also creep age protection facility is

required;

7.1.1.22 It is required to wear insulated glove、safety glass when working at motor-driven machines, like glassing machine;

7.1.1.23 To Clean up construction area immediately on completion of work, “ wh en work completed, material used up and area cleaned” ;

7.1.1.24 All the special type workers shall be certified prior to commencement of work;

7.1.1.25 Safety instruction confirmed by signature shall be followed strictly;

7.1.1.26 Power cord、electrical wire and welding scrap are strictly prohibited crossing steel wires;

7.1.1.27 Work crossing shall be avoided as much as possible; if necessary, reliable protection insulation layer shall be set properly.

7.1.2 Special safely technical measure

7.1.2.1 Warning rope around work place shall be arranged in lifting area to prevent people entering and being hurt where lifting work is proceeding;

7.1.2.2 The lifting signal should be simple、clear、accurate,the operator shall carry out work as per operating regulation as well as command signal;

7.1.2.3 At the beginning of lifting, inching signal shall be used for commanding before commanding in regular speed. On the moment when the material in dropping, inching signals shall be used for commanding;

7.1.2.4 The work area for cranes shall be level and firm ground.

7.2 Schedule about construction safely risk (See Appendix)

7.3 Environment protection measure

7.3.1 Construction shall be carried out pursuant to environment protection certification system ISO14001;

7.3.2 Waste Scrap produced during erection should be assorted, kept in fixed-point and equipped with symbol card;

7.3.4 All waste weld electrodes should reclaimed, welding machine should arranged in consolidation, and wires be laid in uniform;

7.3.5 Oil trash produced in construction shall be reclaimed in special oil dustbin;

7.3.6 During construction, persist in “five clean” principle, give prominence to “cleaning immediately after working”;

7.3.7 Smoking is strictly prohibited at site.
