【摘要】In this paper, based on the purpose of education and special education for children in China the establishment and legal knowledge, combined with the physiological and psychological characteristics of exceptional children, for our children in special education issues, put forward opinions and constructive countermeasures, in order to improve the society attention to education of special children.%本文通过对教育目的及我国特殊儿童教育的建立和法律法规等方面的了解，并结合特殊儿童的生理和心理特点，针对我国特殊儿童教育过程中出现的问题，提出建设性的意见和对策，以提高社会对特殊儿童教育的重视。
