摇臂钻床维护保养内容及要求
1 日常保养
1.1 定期时间：每班班前、班后。
1.2 作业时间：各15分钟内。
1.3 班前
1.3.1擦净外露导轨面及工作台面的尘土。
1.3.2按规定润滑各部位，油量符合要求。
1.3.3检查各手柄灵活可靠性。
1.3.4空车试运转。
1.4 班后
1.4.1把铁屑全部清扫干净。
1.4.2擦净机床各部位。
1.4.3 部件归位。
2 一级保养
2.1 定期时间：每季度一次。
2.2 作业时间：4小时内。
2.3 外表
2.3.1擦拭机床外表、罩盖及附件，达到内外清洁，无锈蚀，无黄袍。
2.3.2擦拭立柱摇臂、升降丝杆、齿条及链条。
2.3.3检查补齐螺钉、螺母、手柄（球）、油杯等。
2.4传动
2.4.1检查各传动机构是否正常。
2.4.2检查各操纵手柄、限位装置，夹紧机构是否准确可靠。
2.4.3调整各斜铁的松紧程度，调整工作台的升降，做到灵活可靠。
2.5 液压润滑与冷却
2.5.1清洗过滤器、冷却泵、冷却箱，要求管路，阀门畅通无泄漏。
2.5.2清洗油线、油毡、过滤器，达到油路畅通，油窗清晰。
2.5.3检查油质、油量、油位是否符合要求。
2.5.4检查液压系统，调整工作压力。
2.6 电器
2.6.1擦拭电动机及电器箱，达到内外清洁。
2.6.2检查限位装置与接地是否安全可靠。
3 二级保养
3.1 定期时间：每年一次。
3.2 作业时间：8小时内。
3.3 完成一级保养的各项内容（按一级保养要求）。
3.4 传动与导轨
3.4.1检查、调整各传动零部件，修复或更换磨损件。
3.4.2检查、调整主轴轴承间隙，锥孔去除毛刺，检查变速箱及走刀
箱内的齿轮磨损情况和轴承运转时有无噪声等情况，如有损坏应更换，调整主轴，使窜动量在规定的范围内。
3.4.3检查、调整夹紧机构，各操纵手柄定位是否准确。
3.4.4检查导轨后，去除毛刺，整修伤痕，调整间隙。
3.5 液压与润滑
3.5.1清洗换油，排除泄漏。
3.5.2检查、调整液压及润滑系统，修复或更换磨损件。
3.5.3更换油线、油毡，修复润滑装置，达到油窗清晰，油路畅通，
装置齐全。
3.6 精度
3.6.1检查、调整、修复精度，达到产品工艺要求，最低应保证被钻
之孔能符合钳工装配时的要求，如达不到，应列入修理计划。3.7 电器
3.7.1检修电器箱及电器控制系统，拆检电动机，达到内外整洁，安
全可靠。
