岐山县少儿文艺创作奖励办法

岐山县少儿文艺创作奖励办法

为进一步贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观,大力发展先进文化,表彰和奖励我县文艺工作者创作优秀的少儿文艺作品,特制定本办法。

一、奖励范围

凡获得县级以上(含县级)奖励的文艺作品和文艺节目均纳入本奖励范围。

二、奖励类别

小说、诗歌、散文、故事、儿童文学、报告文学、文艺评论、音乐、美术、书法、摄影、舞蹈、戏剧等少儿题材的文艺作品均可申请奖励。

三、奖项及奖金

设国家级、省级、市级和县级四级奖项,每级奖励分别设一、二、三等奖,国家级加设优秀奖。各级奖金设置如下:

(1)国家级奖项。一等奖奖励5000元,二等奖奖励3000元,三等奖奖励2000元,优秀奖奖励1000元。

(2)省级奖项。一等奖奖励3000元,二等奖奖励2000元,三等奖奖励1000元。

(3)市级奖项。一等奖奖励2000元,二等奖奖励1000元,三等奖奖励500元。

(3)县级奖项。一等奖奖励1000元,二等奖奖励500

元,三等奖奖励200元。

四、申报领奖条件

1、发表、出版的文学艺术作品以发表或出版的原件为凭证。出版社出版的文艺作品,必须提供稿酬复印件。

2、美术、书法、摄影参展作品以参加展览的证书和作品复印件一式三份为凭证。

3、演出、播出的文艺作品,以影音件(含VCD、CD等)或作品录像、证书一式三份为凭证。

五、申请奖励程序和时间

每年3月31日前,符合奖励条件者,持有关凭证,按奖项类别,向县文化广电局提出申请,由县文化广电局根据本办法分别进行审核,于每年4月份审定批准。如无特殊情况,每年5月份举行颁奖仪式。

五、有关注意事项

1、本奖励办法只适用于奖励本县户口和在岐山县工作的文学艺术作者,如果同一个文艺作品有外地人员参与的,外地人不给予奖励。

3、县文化广电局为少儿文艺奖励的接受申报单位。县文化广电局负责接受艺术表演类获奖和播出、演出文艺作品的申报并进行审核;委托县文联负责接受文学艺术创作类获奖、发表、出版和展出文艺作品的申报并进行审核。

4、一件作品只能奖一次,如作品当年获奖了,次年又获得更高奖项,采取加补奖金的办法进行奖励。

5、少儿文艺作品(节目)比赛获奖,明确有指导老师的,指导老师可在奖金中享受30%的奖励。

本暂行办法自发布之日起执行,解释权在县文化广电局。
