上海是我国的优秀旅游城市,历史文化名城,我国最大的经济中心城市之一。

上海旅游,可以用“都市”两个字作为其旅游特色的缩写:“都市风光”,“都市风光”“都市商业”,即是以人民广场和浦江两岸为中心的城市观光、商务、购物旅游圈;以公共活动中心和社区为主的环城都市文化旅游圈:以佘山、淀山湖、深水港、崇明岛等为重点的远郊休闲度假旅游圈。

Shanghai, China’s outstanding tourist city and a famous historical and cultural city, is one of the largest economic and trade centers in the country.

上海旅游业发展问题 姓名:张乐乐班级:国贸11戊学号:1190510540 学院:杭州商学院 上海作为一所国际化的大都市屹立在东方,有“东方巴黎”的美誉。拥有深厚文化底蕴的上海不仅是一座中西方文化融合的历史名城,也是旅游热门城市,不管是国内的游客,还是国外的友人,都会被吸引到此,早在民国时期,上海就被他人所熟知,而现在,怀念老上海成为了一种时尚,这都是上海的神奇之处。本文就上海的旅游业发展问题展开论述。 上海最著名的莫过于黄浦江景观以及江景两岸的都市风光:热闹的南京路,静安,徐家汇等繁荣的商业中心,充满旧上海味道的小巷弄堂以及上海近郊远郊的古镇,英伦小镇和许许多多悠闲的度假场所。除了上海现有的旅游项目,一些思想先进的“小年轻”正在从新的角度来吸引众人的目光,比如主题游戏馆,有密室逃脱的感觉,却更加丰富。还有与国外大企业的合作项目,例如迪士尼乐园,相信这些随着这些新鲜血液的注入,上海必能在旅游业这片领域熠熠生辉。 但是在光怪陆离的繁荣背景下,上海的各项旅游板块也存在着不少为题。拿上海的经典旅游项目:都市旅游来说,对于初次来上海的人事不错的选择,因为不管是去各大商圈购物,还是去外滩吹吹风,去环球金融中心俯瞰整个城市都能第一时间让游客感知这个城市的核心魅力。但是对于经常来上海的人来说。这样的旅游方式是乏善可陈的,是没有吸引力的。 我本人就是会经常去上海,所以对都市文化旅游项目已经不感兴趣,我更期待一些不同的玩法。我身边的很多人也表示他们虽然在上海待了很久,但是除了去过地标性建筑外基本就是上学,上班,没怎么去过其他地方。像是上海的另一个特色旅游项目——会展。虽然上海的会展馆,展览馆都着重于外观和展体的建设,但是常常忽略了另一个方面那就是人才的培养,对于一个好的展览不仅展示品和展示的商家的实力重要,讲解人员也是重要的,如何用通俗易懂的方式让游客了解会展产品的特色,最大限度地帮助商家去宣传产品或者说宣传上海的各种特色是一件艰巨却有分量的事情。 还有郊游,郊游吸引人的地反在于能亲近大自然,所以对郊游来说,保护环境很重要,但是又不能与其他地区的郊游项目太相似,如果到处都有农家乐,那么郊游也就变得没意思了。现在的上海城市景观很泛滥,难免会让人感觉到视觉疲劳,大家看到那些高耸入云的水泥森林,震撼的感觉往往仅限于视觉。但是郊游就不一样了,郊游的可塑性很强。除了传统的农家乐,摘水果,也可以利用当地的地理优势展开其他活动,比如说有沙滩的可以进行沙滩烧烤,沙滩派对等,有庄园的往往里面有很漂亮的植物,例如薰衣草园。很多人都喜欢在薰衣草盛开的日子里去郊外采风拍景。 另一种将郊区旅游扩大发展的地方是与影视业合作。记得当时拍电影《小时代》的时候,位于上海松江区的泰晤士小镇火了一把,因为在该部电影中大学的取景就是在泰晤士小镇拍摄的。现下很多年轻人都喜欢流行,也喜欢追随热门影视作品当中的物件包括地点。我们可以抓住这个特点好好规划发展,相信能使郊区的旅游业有更好的进步。

第24卷 第4期2006年8月 郑州航空工业管理学院学报 Journal of Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautica l Industry M anage m ent Vo.l 24No .4 Aug .2006 收稿日期:2006-05-12 作者简介:马进军(1956-),男,副教授,硕士生导师,研究方向为营销管理、旅游营销。 上海发展商务旅游的S WOT 分析与对策 马进军 (上海大学国际工商与管理学院,上海 201800) 摘 要:上海作为一个国际性的商业都市,要结合自身特色发展旅游。从上海市的商务旅游现状出发,运用S WOT 分析方法,从优势、劣势、机遇和挑战等方面对上海发展商务旅游的 环境进行了具体的分析,指出上海发展商务旅游既充满机遇又充满挑战。上海要把握住2010年世博会的机遇,发展商务旅游;树立正确的商务旅游观念,建立专业机构,加强对硬件及软件设施的投入,打牢商务旅游的基础;寻求和创造新的机会,制定商务旅游营销策略,积极开拓商务旅游市场。 关键词:上海;商务旅游;S WOT 分析;发展策略 中图分类号:F592.7 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1007-9734(2006)04-0045-04 近年来,商务旅游在世界范围内迅速发展。据世界旅游组织统计,全球商务旅游者在国际旅游业中所占的比重已接近旅游者总数的1/3,商务旅游将成为21世纪最具发展潜力的旅游业之一。 根据上海市/十一五发展规划0,到2010年,上海市的旅游发展目标是:把上海建设成为国际商务、会展购物、现代都市观光、郊区休闲度假的旅游胜地和文化体育、工农业、科技教育等专项旅游目的地,旅游增加值占全市GDP 的比重达10%左右,初步建成国际化旅游城市。上海是现代化都市,具有雄厚的经济、贸易、金融、科技和文化实力,拥有丰富的都市旅游资源及其独特的/海派0历史,尤其具有20世纪90年代浦东开发开放和上海经济崛起所形成的作为中国经济、文化中心的有利条件及优势。因此,上海要利用自身特色发展旅游业,作为商业化的都市,商务旅游是上海发展旅游业的一个重要方向。 一、上海商务旅游的发展现状(一)商务旅游的比重增加 中国加入世贸组织后,已有近40万家海外公司在中国落户。据5财富6向跨国公司的问卷调查,92%的公司表示在若干年内将把地区总部设于中国,其中30%表示首选地是上海。同时, 一些国外商旅企业的进入推动了上海商务旅游的发展。自2002年起,世界展览业三大巨头)))德国汉诺威、意大利米兰、德国法兰克福展览会 有限公司,相继在上海设立了分支机构。2003年9月,世界顶级商务旅游管理公司BT I 也和中国规模最大的旅游企业)))上海锦江国际集团正式结成战略合作伙伴,组建沪上首家中外合资旅行社)))/上海锦江国际BTI 商务旅行有限公司0。 上海作为全国贸易中心,从其商务活动的繁忙中我们可以窥见其发展商务旅游的前景。上海工商行政管理局2002年以来的统计数据表明,上海平均每天都要诞生约170家新企业,同时世界500强的企业中也已有半数入驻了上海。2001年,上海入境的旅游者人数就达200万人次,其中58%为商务客人。而2004年上海的入境旅游已突破400万,首次超过北京,其中商务客人比例达六成以上。对于作为亚洲经济中心之一的上海来说,近年商务游和会议奖励游所占比例的猛增,是其入境旅游人数超过北京的重要原因。 (二)会展业发展迅猛 上海商务旅游的发展空间很大,商务旅游活动的层次和形式都非常多。会展旅游作为商务旅游的一个重要组成部分,最近十多年来有了迅猛发展。近十年来,上海每年举办的国际性活动
