Overview:
As a member of the Huawei Solutions Sales team, you will work closely with sales teams to develop technical proposals that meet customer needs and promote Huawei Technologies in Canadian market. You will focus on pre-sales functions and be responsible for identifying business opportunities through market analysis,develop customer requirements through presentations and develop business models through collaboration with customers.
Responsibilities:
-Presale support including quote, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing support etc.
-Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts. Collect and analyze all marketing information. Enhance customer relationship.
-Manage all activities and coordinate between Huawei and our service provider accounts.
-Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
-Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these
requirements are implemented in the products.
-Create co-operative business plans with service providers and their partners, help to define new business models and support product features.
-Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.

1。请问华为总部的全球运营商解决方案是个什么部门.主要做哪些具体的工作???
属于全球产品行销下面的二级部门。分为以下几个三级部门：移动运营商、固定运营商、商业咨询、VIP技术接待、展厅、总工办、案例与培训等。社招过来估计就是在移动、固定或商业咨询（看你的工作经验而定）。主要工作就是标前引导，包括BP和全网解决方案。现在招的大多数是设计院过来的，肯定是做网络规划的，包括核心网和无线侧。
2。据说是售前技术支持和规划一类???
不完全是售前技术支持，因为做的是全网解决方案，不是单个产品。单个产品的售前由各个产品行销部门搞定。也不是单个产品规划，比如一张新网，你既要考虑核心网，也要考虑无线侧，还要考虑啥时候建传输，关口局。。。（当然，是几个人协作完成的）
3。算销售还是技术呢???
不是销售也不是技术，TITLE是产品经理，因为属于全球产品行销嘛。
4。这个部门具体待遇如何??工资?奖金?福利?补助???
看你工作经验而定罗。现在开始招一些经验丰富的了，可能给的多一些。至于奖金，因为不背销售额，你觉得会多么？福利？？没听说过，可能给某个胶片起个名字给你奖励个小礼品。补助是公司标准。
5。另外请问这个部门出差多否,一
年大概几个月.发展前景如何????
现在的趋势是要下去常驻，出差的人数在减少。按照以往，一年大概有一半时间在出差。发展前景嘛，呵呵，你进去就知道了。本来的确是个发展方向。。。无奈。。。（一声叹息啊）
