【摘要】由于科学技术的飞速发展，各国之间的交流也逐渐增多，英语已经成为当今
世界最为普遍的语言。因此，学生们学好英语是关键。因此，需要对大学英语的教学模式
进行改革，使新一代的大学生适应社会发展的需要。语言经济学是理论经济学的一部分，
本文主要是从语言经济学的角度对大学英语教育进行分析，提出了一系列改革与实施的方案。

20世纪的大学英语课堂中，人们的互动气氛不够活跃、参与意识差、缺乏想象力，并且表达能力相对比较薄弱，思维不够灵活。而21世纪的课堂教育基于语言经济学的基础上，着重培养学生的积极性、想象力和创造力，并且从根本上转变大学英语教育的理念，
有效的改变死板传统的大学教学模式。在高度融合的当今世界环境下，语言作为一种经济
资源，我们就需要对它进行不断的补充、改进和发展，而大学英语教育更是对语言经济学
的一种体现，这就需要我们对大学英语的教学模式进行不断的改进，才能适应新时代的发
展需求。
一、语言经济学视野下的大学英语教育改革
1.坚持因材施教的原则。为了能够满足学生的多元需求，我们应当坚持因材施教的原则，学生在升入大学之前的英语基础不同导致大学后英语水平参差不齐，如果在招收新生
入学之后，准备一次摸底考试，这样我们就可以按照成绩的高低对这些新生进行编班，这
样就满足绝大多数学生的需求并且跟上学习的步伐。2.提高英语学习的预期收益。长时间
以来我们都将英语作为一门语言来学习，却忽略了它对于语言信息和文化的渗透，以至于
它只能作为一种工具而不能成为真正的语言。因此，我们应当丰富我们的语言内涵，从实
际生活中的到应用，并且更好地促进语言应用功能的发挥，让我们投入到学习语言中的费
用在日后工作和生活中得到预期的效益，我们学习外语的目的是为了能够很好的进行跨越
文化的交流，因此，我们应当把英语绳头到各个专业之中，通过开设双语教学模式，使得
英语语言的运用能力自然而然的得到提升。3.促进教学资源的优化。学习英语，不仅仅是
为了把它作为一种工具，更重要的是我们想通过对于英语的学习可以对外很好的实现科学
文化知识的传递，并且能够把英语语言能够很好的运用到日常生活当中。这样看来，英语
的教学模式就不能仅仅的局限于简简单单的传授知识的教学模式，这样只会造成教师资源
的浪费，而是应当积极鼓励他们，不断的发挥自己的潜力，不但要把理论知识传递给同学们，更重要的是创造出各种各样的教学模式，使学生们能够轻轻松松的接受到知识并且能
够轻松自如的运用他们，或者把国外先进的教育理念和模式逐渐的渗透到自己的教学之中，这样，不但提高了大学中学生们自主学习英语的兴趣，更加有利于人才的培养。
二、交互式英语教学的可行性和重要性
基于语言经济学的原则对于大学英语的教学模式我们提出了一种特殊的教学方式—交
互式教学。课堂教学实际上就是教师与学生之间、学生与学生之间发生频繁的情感和知识
的互动关系，这种互动式的教学就是以学生学习的主动性和积极性为前提来进行的如果没
有交流的话，课堂的教学就不可能会发生，良好的课堂交流才是教学成功的关键。交互式
的教学是一种把学生的实际需要放在第一位的教学，并且建立在非常和谐和宽松的教学氛
围之中，一般来说，老式的大学英语教育中，学生们只是模仿现有的材料和模式，忽视了
情感和信息的交流，为了完成作业而机械的进行工作。从而导致进入大学之后，英语水平
越发降低，使得四六级的通过率大为减弱。因此，交互式教学在大学英语教育的环境下是
可行而且必要的。1.教师与学生之间的互动。交互式敦学的一个重要环节就是教师与学生
之间的互动，这种互动是构成教学的本质因素，教师提问是教师互动中最为普遍的方法，
通过向学生提问，可以启发学生，并且调动他们的积极性，主动的融入课堂中，与敦师默
契的配合，避免了上课睡觉、做无关活动的情况，提高的上课的质量和效率。2.学生之间
的互动。除了以上两种互动外，学生之间的互动也是大学英语互动式教学必不可少的关键，学生们在学习中应该不断的互相切磋和学习，彼此之间交流学习的经验与心得，从而提高
学习的效率，英语教学的过程之中我们会发现他们之间存在着个体的差异，听说读写方面
也存在着许多的不同，应当鼓励他们组成各自的讨论小组，开展各种竞赛、辩论以及小游
戏等，从而提高他们的应用和表达的能力。交互教学的关键是进行对话以及互动，那种填
鸭式和灌输式的教学并不被21世纪的学生们所接受，所以，只有利用以上这种交互式的
教学方式从根本上提高学生们对于英语的学习兴趣，才能从本质上体现交互式教育对于语
言经济学视野下的大学英语教育所发挥的积极作用。
三、结语
结合上面的讨论，基于语言经济学基础上的交互式教学，不但可以培养学生学习英语
的兴趣，还可以不断的提高他们自主创新和积极主动的能力，帮助他们养成不断分析问题
和解决问题的习惯。我国近年来英语教学成绩有了很大的提高，这与广大英语老师的辛勤
教育是分不开的，经调查发现，其中绝大多数的教育方式都与我们提出的改革方案相类似，可见，这些改革方案和实施措施对于当今的教育方式是很有帮助的。我们应该从经验中吸
取并总结教训，使以后大学的英语教学取得更高的成就。

【摘要】大学英语教育的功能定位在大学英语教育工作中极其关键，可以说是起着
“牛鼻子”作用。但由于在发展过程中受到影响一度出现了功能定位不清晰，甚至扭曲的
现象。笔者主要从我国大学英语教育现状和功能定位的不足谈起，梳理了有关定位存在的
问题，对大学英语教育现状和效能进行了探讨，为大学英语教育的发展抛砖引玉。
【关键词】大学英语;教育;功能定位
随着国际化和全球化时代的到来，英语教育具备了社会化的特征，正广泛而深入地影
响着我们政治、经济、社会、文化、生活的方方面面。当前我国大学英语教育缺失合理定位，而构建一套适合我国大学英语教育健康发展的教育体系，是我们急需解决的问题。
一、大学英语教育现状及存在的问题
对外文化交流是国家的重要发展战略，这就对英语这门国际化的语言教学提出了更高
的要求。英语作为国际化通用语言，在经济社会文化交流中发挥了很大作用，英语的地位
和作用也显得越来越重要。可以说，英语水平的提升关系着文化的交融交流，关系国民综
合素质的提升和国际竞争力的高低。而伴随英语教育市场比重在我国的不断扩大，大学英
语教育受利益驱动，在走向产业化发展的同时，在一定程度上发生了大学英语功能定位的
扭曲。我国教育的现实情况是：学生从小学一直到大学毕业都在不停地学习英语，投入了
大量的时间和人力物力，可是英语能力的提升却并不理想。投入和产出严重的不对等性就
是我国英语教育的现状。学生为了应试而学，陷入了应试的泥潭不能自拔。大学英语教育
也围绕着四六级的指挥棒在转，应试教育下的英语学习容易造成高分低能，甚至不能自如
地运用英语进行交流，出现哑巴英语。
二、大学英语教育现功能定位不足和模糊
随着全球化时代的来临，大学英语教育这门学科赋予了更多社会化、政策化的要求。
英语教育传在我国历史已达一百多年，在近代京师同文馆就开设该科目，而随着时代社会
的变迁，英语教育的功能定位也随之变化。高等教育飞速发展的车轮，带起大学英语教育
的兴盛，但其长期发展过程中教育定位的模糊甚至错位，也让大学英语教育的负面效应在
社会上有了更多的反映。一是在教学工作实践脱离人才培养目标，英语教育目的和英语教
育本身的功能定位都出现了扭曲现象。这些现象的出现，原因是多方面的，而且也很复杂，但仔细梳理，仍可以牢牢聚焦一点，那就是大学英语教育功能定位问题。定位不准确，就
会引发教育指导思想的混乱，引发教学实践的混乱，进而导致人才培养目标的失位。当前
我国大学英语教育功能定位合理性还要不断校正，这个问题急需要解决好，需要更好地审
视定位英语学科的追求和更好地适应社会环境需求，这样才能有效保障大学英语教育健康
快速有序地发展。推进大学英语教育的一大关键就是合理科学的功能定位，把教学资源和
社会效益追求相结合，调整角色功能，明确功能，有效发挥功能，避免功能扭曲。现在很
多学者对大学英语教育功能定位批评较多，也把大学英语教育置于极其尴尬的境地，这对
大学英语既是爱之深，也是责之切。在爱责转换互变之间，也容易模糊和扭曲大学英语教
育的功能定位。二是英语教育狂热发展，其盲目过热容易导致对我国汉语教育重视不够和
