摘要

本文通过对供应链管理评价体系现状的探讨与分析,运用供应链管理的核心思想,以某集团的供应链评价指标体系为研究对象,旨在寻找出一套更适合于供应链评价的指标体系。在对于该论点的阐述过程中,提出了将灰色聚类分析法改进并用于供应链绩效评价指标体系中,并对如何进行分析,决策等做了详细说明与论证。

Abstract

This article presents a complete analysis to the Performance Analysis System actual situation of whole Supplier Chain Management. Author use the key mood of SCM and citing a company example to be a study case, in order to find a more fit Performance System to evaluate whole supplier chain. And this article presents a Grey Cluster Relation Analysis

Method(GCRAM.The new method combines the cluster method with the relation analysis method and is used to judge the class(e. g. Class of disease or class of economic zonewhich the object element(e. g. a ptient or a regionbelongs to. The method is now first applied to medical diagnosis on diseases, and is verified very well.
