道歉信
道歉信是因为自己的过失或疏忽，给别人带来了麻烦或损失，发觉后为了给对方赔礼道歉而写的信件。
道歉信应该反映出自己具体的过失或疏忽，语言应该简练诚恳，并且希望收信人能够原谅自己的过失或疏忽。
道歉信通常在主段首句立即表示歉意，并解释原因。
在信结束前，可根据情况再次表达歉意。
