为了维护合同当事人的合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国合同法》及其相关法律，双方本着自愿、平等、诚信的原则，就委托人（乙方）委托受托人（甲方）办理留学/移民签证代理委托服务事宜，达成以下合同条款。双方确信，对本合同的内容具有完全正确的理解，并承诺共同遵守。

委托事项：
1. The client hereby appoints the agent as the sole agent representing the client for the purpose of lodgingvisa applications to the Australian department of immigration and border protection（DIBP）. The client allows the agent to deal with DIBP in the client's name.
乙方在此授权甲方为其唯一且排他的代理人以乙方的名义为乙方办理澳大利亚联邦移民与边境保护部门（以下简称移民局）申请类别移民就业签证。乙方特别授权甲方用其名义向移民局递交申请。本条款也是服务声明及特别授权声明。
2. All correspondence in relation to the client’s application shall be sent to the agent. If any information, additional documentation or action is required with respect to the client's application, the agent shall be contacted.
所有关于乙方的真实担保/申请的通讯在本合同签署后交送给甲方，如果移民局需要关于客户的担保/申请的任何资料，包括其他的文件或行动，移民局将联系甲方。
3. After entry into this agreement and prior to the final decision on the client’s application, the client can not withdraw from this agreement without first notifying the agent.
在乙方签约后若没有通知甲方和在乙方的担保/申请的最终审批决定做出之前，乙方不得随意退出此合约。

4. The agent shall not accept the appointment unless the agent is of the view that the client’s application is likely to be successful on the balance of probability by reference to the relevant cases, legislation and DIBP policies.
甲方在参考相关的案例、法规和移民局的政策的基础上，认为乙方的担保/申请将有较大的成功可能性后，接受委托。
5. The agent should deal with the client’s application utilizing the agent’s experience and with diligence. The agent will, in so far as possible in the circumstances, inform the client of any of feedback from DIBP.
甲方将凭借专业经验努力地为乙方处理签证申请。甲方应当将有关情况和需要及时通知乙方，并且将会在实际情况允许下立刻通知乙方任何从移民局得到的回复。
6. In so far as allowed by law, the agent shall follow the client’s instructions in dealing with DIBP in regards with the client’s application.
在遵守有关法律的前提下，甲方应当就移民申请相关事宜征求并遵循乙方的意见。
7. The agent shall treat all information, certificates and documents given by the client in accordance with the law of confidentiality.
甲方将依有关的保密法律处理乙方提供的所有资料，证书和文件。
