[摘要] 当今社会，随着经济的快速发展以及各种商务活动的日益频繁，经济交易过程中的不安因素也逐渐增多。世界各国为了保障经济的稳定发展、维护经济交易的安全，都制定了各种法律法规加以限制、保护。而不安抗辩权制度便是其中一项保障经济交易中合同安全履行的重要法律措施。我国《合同法》借鉴了大陆法的不安抗辩权制度，在第68条、第69条中对其作了规定。但与传统大陆法不同的是，我国不安抗辩权制度吸收了英美法预期违约制度的一些规定，体现了大陆法和英美法日趋融合的时代潮流，但难免存在纰漏之处。基于此，本文试对我国合同法的不安抗辩权制度做出评述。

一个网站的整体规划和设计的好坏是它发展的重要之处，也是它吸引人们浏览的所在之处。Internet/Intranet技术的日益发展，使人们认识到了Internet/Intranet的优势，更使得数据库与web的连接成为数据库开发方面的热门技术之一。
通常情况下，通过浏览器看到的网页大多是静态的。所谓“静态”，是指网站的网页内容“固定不变”，当浏览器通过互联网的HTTP （Hypertext Transport Protocol）协议向Web服务器请求提供网页时，服务器仅仅是将原来设计好的静态HTML文档传给浏览器。其页面内容使用的仅仅是标准的HTML代码，最多再加上流行的
