Integrated skills

Teaching aims 1. To get some information from the listening materials.

2. Be able to understand some instructions and draw the route, and

develop the ability of extensive listening.

3 .Be able to talk about how to get to the specific place.

Procedures:

Step 1. Lead-in

Listen to the song,

Ask:Would you like to find the treasure? How to find the way to the treasure?

First check the answers in your group of 4.

Step 2. Presentation &practice Part A

1.listen and choose the pictures

Cross the bridge and turn right.

Take the second turning on the right./Turn right at the second crossing(/turning).

Cross the road at the zebra crossing.

Walk past the police station.

2.Listen, order and draw the route.

3.Can you find another way?

Step3. Presentation & practice Part B

1 .Ss listen and answer the question:

Work in groups and tell him/her the directions. You can also add your own

ideas.
