NOTES 操作培训资料一．如何启动NOTES及关闭NOTES方法1：开始程序 LOTUS NOTES应用程序 LOTUS NOTES 方法2：双击桌面上的LOTUS NOTES图标。
关闭：文件退出NOTES或者用鼠标点击NOTES 窗口的关闭按钮（X）。
二．关于书签1．创建书签：（如果想把附签上的数据库或文档做成书签，以方便使用）点击附签的空白处拖动附签到书签的相应位置，（出现+号时松开手）。
或：文件数据库打开选择数据库书签用鼠标点击书签条确定。
2．移动书签：用鼠标点击想要移动的书签，拖动到想放的位置，松开手即可。
3．重命名书签：在想要命名的书签上单击右键重命名输入新的名字回车。
4．删除书签：在想要删除的书签上单击右键删除书签确实要删除该书签？回答是即可删除。
5．创建书签文件夹：鼠标放在书签的空白处单击右键创建文件夹输入文件夹的名称选择文件夹类型（如个人）点击个人文件夹（默认是与其他书签并排）确定。
6．在新建的空白文件夹里添加数据库书签文件数据库打开选中数据库打开拖动附签条上刚打开的数据库附签到该文件夹中。
三．定制欢迎页面：欢迎页面基本附加样式或选择创建新页面样式在页面名称中输入标题（如：自己的姓名）选择一种布局（如C）点击菜单条上的内容选中收件箱在框架内容中选择一种（如日历）点击WEB页面在框架内容中选择一种（如待办事宜）点击日历框选择框架内容中的一种（如数据库预约）确定。
注：若不修改可以直接点击确定。
四．NOTES 邮件注：刷新，按F9键，按ESC键退出活动的视图。
1．打开邮箱的方法：方法1：单击书签上邮件。
方法2：文件数据库打开选择服务器选择数据库mail并双击选择用户名打开。
2．收发邮件：发邮件：单击邮件新建便笺（或直接单击欢迎页面上的新建便笺）填写收件人的地址（或者单击地址…查询处选择服务器的通讯录在开始的下面选择用户名单击收件人确定）在主题处输入主题的内容（例如：计划）在消息主体处输入邮件的内容单击发送。
Lotus Domino/notes 8.5 安装配置使用手册前提知识验证字和验证标识符：其实这就相当于一个密码门的钥匙，比如说你要进一个门，那么不仅要提供钥匙，还要提供密码。
在lotus里面，用户，组织，组织单元都相当于一个密码门，需要使用，就必须提供密码和标识文件，也就是验证字或者说验证标识符组织：这个不说了，就按公司来理解就可以了，一个组织就是一个公司，这样好理解，但是实际上组织只是一个管理上的概念，具体你要看你怎么来划分管理单元决定。
如果你把一个集团公司划成一个组织，那么组织单元就是下属公司了，如果你把一个公司划成组织，那么下面的部门就是组织单元。
所以最终怎么来建立组织，就看你怎么来管理这个服务器了。
组织单元：这个可以理解成部门，结合组织来理解，很简单。
域：域是服务器管理的一个概念。
一个域，就是一组提供特定功能的服务器的集合。
安装1.安装环境：操作系统：Windows server 2008 R2CPU：XEON E5410 2.33G 6核内存：4GDomino版本：8.5.32.配置环境:主机名：lotus（这个按规划可随意设置）外部域名： MX记录已配置Server名：mail组织名：mywind域名：yesnol3.安装步骤：由于lotus的安装步骤比较简单，选择安装目录，全部下一步即可，这里不做详细记录服务器端需要安装administrator tools和notes，方便管理。
4.服务器配置这里需要注意的就是server名，组织名，域名一定要和规划的一样，完整主机名是 其他默认点下一步即可。
（这里没有做分区，而且是第一台服务器）启动，连接，创建组织单元，创建用户1，启动服务器双击lotus domino server ，选择按服务启动还是按程序启动，建议按程序启动。
之后出现下面的启动界面，会有详细的启动过程2，连接到服务器双击domino admin 8.5 ，输入初始配置时候设置的管理员的密码。
LOTUS DOMINO服务器端的设置：注意：在这一步骤中，要选择“Domino ApplicationServer（D）”选项。
服务器端的安装完成后，是具体的设置：在第二步的设置中选择“快捷配置”或者选择“高级配置”都可以。
注意：在第三步的设置中，“Internet邮件包（例如：Lotus Mail或Eudora）”的选项中，一定要通过点击“POP3”“SMTP”前面的选择框，来选中这两项。
动生成的，不能修改。
其它选项根据要求可填可不填。
特别应该引起注意的是：“端口”选项中要选择，“定制……”。
点击“编辑端口”按钮。
TCP/IP栏中，要选用“启用”，其它项目均可选择“禁用”点击“确定”，然后在第四步中点击“完成”。
点击“退出设置”重新启动Lotues Domino Server服务直到屏幕上出现“>”,表明DOMINO服务启动成功。
注：Lotues Domino Server服务的关闭方法是：在屏幕上>后键入q，即：“>q”然后回车notes R5客户端的安装：注意：在和SERVER端一起使用时，一般选择：“全部Clients（A）”选项.安装完成后，启动Notes 客户端：注意：在和SERVER 端互联时，要选择：“我想连接到Domino 服务器上”选项。
注意：在Domino服务器栏填入你在服务器端设置时所命名的服务器名称：1．可以写成：“服务器/网络域”的形式，如：lhserver/lh1。
2．也可直接写成“服务器名”形式，如：lhserver注意：首次登陆时，要选择“使用名称作为验证”项，并且在该空白处键入服务器端设定时命名的用户名。
注意：在“请提供指定的网络信息来帮助定位服务器”栏，从“选项”按钮来选择“TCP/IP”选项。
在“服务器地址（例如主机名称或IP地址）”栏，填入你的服务器端的IP地址。
注意：要正确配置hosts文件：添加lhserver以及该服务器的IP地址。
第9章会议及群组日历功能Lotus Notes是组织群组活动的理想产品。
N o t e s可以帮助你安排会议及邀请参加者，以及为这些会议预定房间和预定资源。
除此之外，可以应用N o t e s为特殊的群组（或项目）创建日历，并将该日历定义为群组的人们所共享。
在这个学时中，将要学习管理群组及会议活动的N o t e s功能。
包括下列主题：•创建和回答会议邀请。
•检查会议状态和重新安排会议。
•取消或确认会议。
•预定房间和预定资源。
•创建群组日历和制作群组日历项。
•设置群组日历惯用选项。
9.1 创建会议邀请在决定要召开会议后，就需要把会议时间和地点通知所有与会议有关的人们并邀请他们出席会议。
可以用创建会议邀请的方法来实现这一点。
在第一次创建会议邀请的时候，需要花一些时间来学习使用所有的会议邀请功能，包括如何查看其他人的空闲时间。
当创建了一个或两个会议邀请之后，就会发现这是一项简单容易的任务。
请按下列步骤创建会议邀请：1) 创建邀请。
2) 标志被邀请者。
3) 检查被邀请者的时间并（可选项）根据他们的可用时间安排会议时间。
4) 确定要被邀请者如何回复会议邀请。
5) 邮递会议邀请。
创建会议邀请涉及相当多的步骤。
开始时，可以打开日历，并按下列步骤操作：1) 在打开日历后，单击操作栏上的“安排会议”按钮。
2) 在如图9 - 1所示的会议文档的“主题”域中输入对会议的简要说明。
3) 输入“开始”日期和“终止”日期和时间（单击该域右端底部，可以打开日期或时间采集菜单）。
4) 对于那些按一定时间间隔定期召开的会议（例如每月的会议），选取“重复”复选框，并输入重复选项（要了解有关重复选项的详细信息，请参阅第7学时“使用日历”）。
5) 在“描述”域中输入有关会议的重要事情，例如目的、到会议地点的路线说明等。
也可以附加或嵌入文件在这个RT F文本域中，例如关于会议的支持数据、每个讲演者要完成的图形文件或者用字处理程序创建的议程等。

由于机房的电脑已经装完了Lotus Domino Server和Lotus Notes 就不再描述其安装过程，下面是配置过程。
一、配置Lotus Domino Server在桌面上单击Lotus Domino Server的图标后会进入欢迎界面直接选择下一步，出现下图所示的界面后继续下一步在这个页面中填写一个自定义的服务器名称，server title随便写，之后选择下一步这个页面中需要填写组织名和密码。
这个密码要记好，之后会用到Domain name 随便取一个就好这一步中需要填好last name 和密码，红色方块中的选项也要选上这一步中出现的三个组件都需要选上直接进入下一步OK进入下一步选择setup 开始配置过程中。
完成页面完成后重新启动server 开始对Lotus Notes进行配置二、配置Lotus Notes单击桌面上的Lotus Notes图标进入如下所示界面。
下一步。
填写之前注册的同户名和服务器名。
下一步。

选择TCP/IP选项，服务器地址处填写本机IP地址。
下一步。
重新配置LotusNotes客户端用户在使用Notes客户端的时候可能会碰到一些问题。
这些问题似乎只出现在这个用户的客户端，其他用户没有碰到这类问题。
分析客户端问题的时候，有一种方法就是重新配置客户端，将Notes的核心配置文件重新创建，通过这种方法来定位问题。
Notes的核心文件包括：Names.nsfDesktop6.ndkBookmark.nsfCache.ndk如何重新配置客户端？可以通过以下步骤重新创建Notes核心配置文件。
重新配置客户端之后，用户可以将原始的文件逐一替换回去，这样就可以定位出有问题的文件。
步骤：1 将以下文件从数据路径挪出来，备份到一个目录下：Names.nsfDesktop6.ndkBookmark.nsfCache.ndk注意：一定要将这些文件挪到备份目录下，不能仅仅拷贝过去。
如果这些文件仍在存在于数据路径下，则重新配置客户端也不会创建出新文件来。
2 将notes.ini从程序路径拷贝到备份路径下。
3 打开程序路径下的notes.ini，删除里面的参数，只留下前三行。
保存之后，notes.ini看起来如下：[Notes]KitType=1Directory=C:\program files\notes\dataUserInterface=zh-CN4 启动notes客户端进行重新配置。
配置完后，核心配置文件都会重新被创建，notes.ini中的参数也会添加回来。
5 将备份的核心文件逐一替换回来。
通过逐一替换核心文件并测试问题，用户可以定位是否是这些文件中的某一个损坏了导致的问题。

Lotus Notes/Domino在电子协作、通讯、知识管理、流程控制等方面为用户提供了很好的解决方案，特别是Lotus Notes/Domino的邮件功能，使许多用户安装完Lotus Notes/Domino后，不用做更多的开发，即可在单位内部架构强大的邮件系统。
Lotus Notes/Domino从最早期定位为单纯的信息传送及行事系统，一直演变到至今，已经发展成为功能强大的工作群组软件，其不但可以传送Email，更可以达成审核流程、文件管理、知识管理、工作流程管理，甚至是即使通讯等等多项协同合作功能。

结果如何？用调试方式进行观察，发现：确实增加了10个ITEM，名字都叫myitem，但值却都是1！这与NOTES中的帮助不符。
帮助里宣称：If the document already has an item calleditemName$, AppendItemValue does not replace it.Instead, it creates another item of the samename, and gives it the value you specify.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^从4.6到5.0结果都一样。
二、区分NOTES的前台类与后台类由于两者的使用范围不一，在写程序时应注意这一点，尤其写代理时。
如果在后台服务器运行的代理里加一句：Dim ws As New notesuiworkspace代理运行日志报错：Unkown Error.三、关于NOTES与OLE的共享域NOTES提供了一个很好的功能：共享域。
NOTES用共享域来与OLE应用程序交换彼此信息。
但除非确有必要与OLE应用程序共享信息，建议在设计表单时，选上：禁止共享域。
笔者曾在一个表单中创建了一个作者域AUTHOR，又在它的RTF域中嵌入MS-WORD文档： CALLUIDOC.CREATOBJECT("MYDOC","WORD.DOCUMENT.8","")似乎一切都正常。

第一次运行时候需要进行配置，弹出以下窗口后点击下一步。
输入用户名，domino服务在推送安装时已经确定，点击下一步。
直接点击下一步：提示输入密码，输入密码后点击登陆。
Notes会提示密码和windows密码不匹配，直接点击确定。
出现以下对话框表示已经配置完毕，可以使用notes。
连接服务器复制数据，请等待。
出现以下界面，点击使用缺省值即可。
一、邮件功能出现以下界面，点击邮件进入邮箱。
注意：出现以下对话框的时候，选择“开始信任签名者以执行此操作”。
收邮件直接双击邮件查看，发邮件点击新建消息。
将服务器上的邮件库在本地创建副本，点击文件，复制，新建副本。
点击确定开始复制。
开始复制，最下的状态栏里面复制完成后即可。
二、日历功能在主页上点击日历，或在邮件上点击切换到日历以下是日历界面：弹出对话框后选择人员。
选择参与的人员后点击确定。
完成后点击保存并发送。
三、联系人功能在主页上点击联系人进入联系人页面。
首先点击更多后点击惯用选项。
勾选启用复制器中的“同步联系人”后点击确定。
新建联系人。
输入完毕后点击保存并关闭。
INOTES 使用1登录输入相应的ip或者域名2输入你的用户名和密码3网页正在跳转到你的邮件4点击左上角的邮件5进入你的邮件编写栏目此时就是你熟悉的界面了6。

When deploying Notes in a High Availability architecture, one of these configurations is referred to as a Non-Mirrored Cluster. When configured in this manner, a user's mailbox data exists on more than one member of the cluster, but not all of the members in the cluster, as the mailbox is not replicated to all members of the cluster. IBM and F5 have created a joint solution to support this advanced architecture. There are 2 requirements for this:h T he creation of the “Load Balancer Assistance Service”. This is an additional web form,running on each server in the cluster, that provides information to the BIG-IP about the exact URL location of a user's mailbox. It inserts a custom HTTP Header containing a list of members in the cluster that have a copy of a user's mailbox.h T he creation of the BIG-IP iRule. This is high performance runtime software that will querythe cluster members, and using the information provided in the custom HTTP header, cor-rectly route each user's request to the appropriate server.You must read and understand the details of this architecture and solution before attempting to configure it in your environment. The management interface has its own, separate DNS settings.The BIG-IP system must have a Route to the DNS server. The Route configuration is found on the Main tab by expanding Network and then clicking Routes. For specific instructions on configuring a Route on the BIG-IP system, see the online help or the product documentation.T o configure DNS settings1. On the Main tab, expand System , and then click Configuration .2. On the Menu bar, from the Device menu, click DNS .3. In the DNS Lookup Server List row, complete the following:a. I n the Address box, type the IP address of the same DNS server that Lotus iNotes uses.b. Click the Add button.4. Click Update .Creating Data Group ListsBefore we create the iRule, we create the Data Group List that the iRule uses.It is important to name the Data Group carefully as it is referenced by the iRule we create in the next procedure. I n the Value box, type the associated IP address, such as 10.100.100.51.8. Click Add . The entry appears in the String Records box.9. Repeat steps 6 - 9 until you have entered all IP addresses. In our example, we add our 4 servers.10. Click Finished .Creating the iRuleThe iRule that follows is a example of what is needed to implement this solution. In our example, we have the Log messages commented out. To enable logging, simply remove the comment symbol (#).Be sure to change the name of the iNotes pool to match the names you gave the pool.T o create the iRule1. On the Main tab, expand Local Traffic , click iRules , and then click the Create button.2. In the Name box, give the iRule a unique name. We use inotes_irule .3.
