1.电梯的分类

1. The classification of the lift

根据《电梯的主参数及轿厢、井道、机房的型式与尺寸》规定,电梯类型分类如下:

(1)1类,为运送乘客而设计的电梯。

(2)2类,主要为运送乘客,同时也可运送货物而设计的电梯。

2.电梯的主要参数

电梯的主参数包括额定载重量和额定速度。

The main parameters of the elevator including rated load and rated speed.

(1)额定载重量是指电梯正常运行的允许载重量,单位为千克。电梯的额定载重量主要有以下几种:320千克,400千克,450千克,600千克,630千克,750千克,800千克,1000千克,1050千克,1150千克,1275千克,1350千克,1600千克,1800千克,2000千克,2500千克。

速度0.5至6.O米每秒常用于电力驱动电梯,速度0.4至1.O米每秒常用于液压电梯。

3.电梯的基本构成

(1)从空间占位看,电梯一般由机房、井道、轿厢、层站四大部位组成。

随着科学的发展,人们对空间的要求越来越高,除有机房电梯外,出现了小机房电梯和无机房电梯。小机房电梯相对传统电梯而言,机房小,仅为传统有机房电梯机房的三分之一,节约空间;无机房电梯除了电梯运行的井道外,没有独立机房,一般采用永磁同步无齿曳引机,安装在井道顶部,安装简便、结构紧凑、节省空间、节能高效、运行平稳、安全性能高。
