随着科技的发展,现代工业的高速发展,工业设备的更新换代。工业正逐步向生产设备大型化、高速化、自动化方向发展,这使得生产率有了大幅度的提高,成本的降低,能源的节约,并且产品质量方面得到了极大的保证。但是,由于故障所引起的灾难性事故及其所造成的对生命与财产的损失和对环境的破坏等也是很严重的。滚动轴承是机械设备中最常见的零部件,其性能与工况的好坏直接影响到与之相联的转轴以及安装在转轴上的齿轮乃至整个机器设备的性能。因此,研究滚动轴承的失效机理,提出相应的预防和维护措施,对于降低设备的维修费用,延长设备维修周期,提高经济效益,保证设备的长期安全稳定运行,均有现实的意义。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology, the rapid development of modern industry and the renewal of industrial equipment. Industry is developing towards large-scale production, high speed and automation. The productivity has been greatly improved, the cost has been reduced, energy saving has been made, and the quality of products has been greatly guaranteed. However, the catastrophic accidents caused by the failure and their loss of life and property and the destruction of the environment are also very serious. Rolling bearing is the most common component in mechanical equipment. Its performance and working conditions directly affect the performance of the gear shaft and the whole machine equipment installed on the shaft. Therefore, studying the failure mechanism of rolling bearings and putting forward corresponding preventive and maintenance measures are of practical significance for reducing equipment maintenance costs, prolonging equipment maintenance cycle, increasing economic benefits and ensuring long-term safe and stable operation of equipment.
