The purpose of this handbook is to provide you with an overview of our business and a useful guide for all our employees. We will also provide you with online access to our HR policies, procedures and processes so you have a full understanding of our expectations as a China HR employee.

Should you have any questions please contact your direct Supervisor, Manager or the HR Department for further clarification.

From time to time, it may be necessary to revise and alter the contents of this handbook in line with legal requirements or company practices. These changes will be notified to you.

本手册根据北京的劳动法规制定,若各分公司当地劳动法规与此不同,依据当地执行。

2.1 Recruitment Process:

不同岗位对潜在候选者的经验、资质和个性有特定要求。在招聘过程中,对候选者的评估在于考察该候选者与岗位的匹配程度。虽然选择标准将根据职位不同而有所区分,但主要依据以下几个步骤来进行:

Each vacancy has pre-defined requirements in relation to potential employee’s experience, qualifications and suitability. During the recruitment process, each candidate is evaluated and assessed over various stages. The selection criteria will be different depending on the vacant position but outlined below are some basic rules.

判定招聘需求

Identification of Recruitment Needs

部门经理在参照公司战略和劳动力力规划的基础上确定空缺职位。招聘通告应包括岗位描述、技能和资质要求、工作地点等相关信息。

Vacancies are defined by the hiring managers, by the company strategy, or by future planning. Job announcements include a description of the position, the skills and qualifications required and the office location of the vacancy.

内部申请:当有职位空缺时,中华英才网人力资源部门应优先考虑内部员工。首先在内部公示空缺职位,建立符合职位要求的潜在候选人人才库。员工有权申请自己能够胜任的,符合条件的,感兴趣的任何空缺职位,但需要征得本部门经理的事先同意。如需申请职位,员工需要根据职位公示要求将申请资料提交到人力资源部门。

Internal Applications: China HR will look internally at employees as a first point in the process when a vacancy opens. The selection process will begin by first posting the job internally to establish if there are potential candidates that have the required skills. It is your right to apply for any vacancy for which you are qualified, eligible and interested, with the prior approval of your department manager to apply for a position, you must file your application with the HR Department as specified in the job announcement.

面试程序

Interview Phase

中华英才网标准的面试程序包括两个步骤:1)与当地人力资源经理进行的第一轮面试;2)与相关用人部门主管进行的第二轮面试。

The standard internal interview procedure in China HR consists of two stages: the first round interview with the local HR Manager and the second interview with the relevant department hiring Manager.

聘用、合同、薪资商定

Offer, Contract and Salary Negotiation

面试成功的候选人将接到书面聘用函。聘用函内容包含职位,薪资福利待遇及入职所需提交材料。该候选人接受聘用函,并与部门经理确定上岗时间后,公司将与其签订正式劳动合同。

The successful candidate from the interview process will be given a written offer letter which states the job title, salary package and relevant information. An official job appointment is made when the applicant accepts the offer of employment and when the start date is agreed with the hiring manager

此后,您将收到劳动合同,工作内容描述以及员工手册。签订劳动合同后,受聘者需确认收到员工手册,并承诺遵守相关规定。同时,受聘者需认真了解手册内容,以及作为中华英才网员工,员工的工作职责、权利
