内容摘要
随着社会经济的发展，企业的经济活动将更多地以项目的形式体现出来，如果说“运作”是维持企业日常经济的必不可少的活动。那么，项目管理则是让企业充满生机和活力并以此赢得可持续发展的动力。企业的发展、产品的更新换代、市场份额的维持与扩展、都离不开项目管理，而这种情形对于高新技术产业和服务业来说，更是如此。正因为如此，项目管理已经成为企业管理创新的主要方式，“按项目进行管理”正在渗透企业管理的各个方面。项目管理理论的研究也因此而逐渐走向成熟。
项目管理的重要性不言而喻，加强项目管理的理论研究，可为企业的管理创新提供科学的决策依据，从而增强企业的竞争力。中国加入WTO之后，国内的企业要面临国际市场的挑战，研究和运用先进的项目管理方法能提高企业的经济效益，从而在竞争激烈的国际市场上立于不败之地，从上个世纪初开始，随着甘特图的发明，有关项目管理的理论研究就再也没有停止过，如网络计划技术、项目管理信息系统、项目知识体系等理论方法的提出与发展。
本文通过分析宝信软件股份有限公司项目管理的现状，针对一些问题提出一些改进建议，进一步完善该公司的项目管理。

Abstract
Along with the social economy development, enterprise's economic activities will be more reflected in the form of project, if "operation" is to maintain an enterprise daily economic activity. So, project activities is to let the enterprise full of vitality and vigor and sustainable development of hopes to win power. Enterprise's development, the upgrading of products and market share with expansion, cannot maintain project management, and this situation for the high and new technology industries and services, it is even more so. Because of this, the project management has become the main mode of the management innovation of enterprise, "according to project management" are penetrating enterprise management in all its aspects. Project management theory research and thus increasing maturity.
Project management, strengthen the importance of project management is theory study, can provide for enterprise management innovation of scientific decision-making basis, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprises. After China's accession to the WTO, the domestic enterprise to face the challenge of international market, research and application of advanced project management method can improve the economic benefit of enterprise, thus in the fierce competition in the international market invincible, beginning from the last century, with the invention of the gantt charts, relevant project management theory research have never stopped, such as network planning technique, project management information system, project knowledge system theory method was proposed and development.
Through analysis of Baosight software Co., LTD in present situation of project management, brings forward some problems some improvements, further improve the company project management methods.
