入学条件及条款

The terms and conditions of enrolment for EtonHouse International Pre-School, Changshu (hereinafter referred to as “the School”) are to be read in conjunction with the School’s calendar. These form part of t he agreement between the School and the parent/guardian of the student (hereinafter referred to as “the Parent”) as named herein.

“常熟xx国际幼儿学校”（以下简称“学校”）入学条件及条款（以下简称“条款”）中出现的时间遵循当年学校年历。本入学条件与条款也是学校与家长或监护人（以下简称“家长”）之间协议的组成部分。

1.ENROLMENT 登记入学

1.1.All enrolments are subject to the following terms and conditions, which became legally binding

on written confirmation of acceptance by the School.

所有入学者必须遵守以下条件和条款。这些条件与条款在书面确认入学后具有法律上约

束力。

1.2.The School reserves the right to withhold acceptance of an enrolment at its discretion, if such

action is deemed to be in the best interests of the student or the School.

为了学校和在校学生的共同利益，学校有权拒绝有损学校及在校学生利益的学生申请入

2.1.This Agreement is subject to the laws of P.R. China and the parties are submitted to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the PRC Courts in all matters arising from this agreement.

本条款严格遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，因条款本身引起的纠纷或其他事务，双方按

照学校所在地中华人民共和国各级法院的管辖权来处理。

3.SCHOOL UNIFORMS 校服

3.1.The wearing of the uniform is compulsory for students from Pre-Nursery onwards. An initial

set of uniforms is required to be purchased upon enrolment, these include winter, summer and

PE sets. Additional school uniforms and hats are available at an additional cost from the

reception office.

学校的学生必须每日穿着校服。每个学生需要购买至少一套校服。

4.SCHOOL MEALS 学校餐费

4.1.The school meals and snacks are payable separately.

5.TUITION FEES 学费

5.1.Tuition fees are billed on an annual basis with the option of paying in two equal installments,

the first payment to be made before the start of the academic year in August and the second

before the end of Term 2 in January each year.

学费以学年度为基础，按每年两学期，第一次为学年开始前的8月份，第二次为次年的

1月份。

5.2.Additional fees for after-school care, holiday activities and school excursions will be billed

separately. Curriculum based field trips (excursions) are an integral part of the educational programme and participation is expected from all students.

课后托管、假期活动和郊游旅行等不属于正常课程范围内的活动费用，根据学校相关规定单独收取。

5.3.Additional fees for summer/winter classes will be billed separately if program offered. Fees

might be higher than the standard tuition fee but buoyant within 30% .

学校在寒、暑假期间如向幼儿开放。假期收费可在正常收费标准基础上适当上浮，但上浮幅度最高不超过30%。

5.4.For new students commencing within the new term, fees will be pro-rated on a daily basis

according to the duration of the school term. Please refer to the School calendar for the academic term dates.

学期中间入学的学生，其学费将依据该学年相应时间，按照剩余月的比例缴纳，具体情况请参考校历。

5.5.Fees stated are not inclusive of Business Tax or other charges which may be levied by the

government (P.R. China) from time to time. The School reserves the right to impose these additional charges as directed by the government.

规定的学费中不包括营业税或其他政府不时征收的费用。但学校有权按照政府指示征收政府规定的应缴费用。

5.6.All payments must be made within 14 days from date of invoice.

所有费用应在收到账单之日起14日内支付或在账单规定的缴费最后期限内支付。

5.7.Where any fee or part of a fee remains unpaid after the due date, the School reserves the right

to:

5.7.1.charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 2% per month from the due date

until payment; and / or

5.7.2.cease supplying any course materials and tuition services to the student without

prejudice to the obligation to pay fees; and/or

5.7.3.demand payment in full of all fees and installments outstanding to that date

5.8.The School shall cancel registration of the student with no recourse to a refund of registration

and administration fees if at any time payments fall in arrears without prior written arrangements.
