论民营企业的员工激励机制

摘要

我国加入WTO后,民营企业的发展环境发生了巨大的变化,各种新问题的不断出现影响了民营企业的健康发展。导致这些问题出现的原因是多方面的,企业激励机制是一个重要方面。而相对于西方企业来说,我国民营企业采取的激励机制相对欠缺和落后,大多数民营企业的人力资源管理过于强调组织中的管理制度的制定,忽视了建立和健全有效的企业激励机制。对于民营企业来说,民营企业之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,高素质的人才是其生存与发展的基础,是实现企业技术与管理创新的生力军。科学合理的激励机制是民营企业吸引、激励、留住人才的重要手段。如何更有效地发挥薪酬的作用,是民营企业管理者所关心的问题。

本文采用发现问题-解决问题的思路进行研究,结合了自己亲身经历和所学知识,从民营企业员工激励机制存在问题出发,分析当前民营企业在员工的激励机制方面存在的问题,得出现代民营企业所欠缺的是非薪酬方面的激励。民营企业应该实施并推广实施健全的薪酬战略,同时更应该注重和完善实施的非薪酬激励。现代民营企业要在激烈的市场竞争下立于不败之地,应该加以规范化地建立一整套的员工激励机制。

Abstract

After China's entry into WTO, great changes have taken place in the development environment of private enterprises, the various new problems appear constantly affect the healthy development of private enterprises. The reasons leading to these problems are in many aspects; enterprise incentive mechanism is an important aspect of. Compared with the western enterprises, the incentive mechanism of China's private enterprises take the relative lack of human resources management and backward, most private enterprises too much emphasis on the formulation of management system, ignoring the establishment and improvement of the effective incentive mechanism. For private enterprises, private enterprises competition in the final analysis is the competition of talents, the talents of high quality is the basis for the survival and development is the realization of new technology and innovation in enterprise management. A scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism is an important means of private enterprises to attract, motivate, and retain talent. How to more effectively play the role of compensation is concerned about the management of private enterprises to the problem.

This paper uses the found problems solving problems to research, combined with his personal experience and the knowledge, the incentive problems from the mechanism of the private enterprise employee, the employee incentive mechanism analysis of the current problems of private enterprises, private enterprises have generation is the lack of non-salary motivation. The private enterprises should implement and promote the implementation of the compensation strategy sound, non-salary at the same time; we should pay more attention to the implementation and improvement of incentive. Modern private enterprises want to remain invincible in the fierce market competition, should be standardized to establish a set of incentive mechanism.
