Termination6.1 Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party in accordance with the notice period specified in Section 2.2.6.2 The Employer may terminate this Contract without notice in the event of the Employee's gross misconduct, violation of company policies, or breach of any terms of this Contract.6.3 Upon termination, the Employee shall return any company property and settle any outstanding obligations with the Employer.7. Confidentiality and Non-Competition7.1 The Employee shall maintain the confidentiality of any information, trade secrets, or proprietary knowledge obtained during their employment.
