第一，称呼称呼一般用Dear 开头。
注意，考研写作要求称呼后用逗号，不用冒号。
称呼使用的两种情况：1)写给机构不认识负责人：Dear Sir or Madam, To Whom It May Concern(致相关人员)。
认识负责人：Dear Mr. President, Dear Mr. Wang 。
(使用全名或姓)2)写给个人关系不密切：Dear Mr. President, Dear Mr. Wang 。
(使用全名或姓)关系密切：Dear Michael 。
(直呼其名)第二，正文考研英语小作文一般有两点提纲，即两个内容要点。
因此，在考试时应按照提纲要求写成两句，每句表达一个提纲要点，顺序不要打乱。
写法：第一段：1~2句，自我介绍+写作目的。
注意：私人信函不用自我介绍。
