第一章总则
第一条内业资料包括施工技术文件和施工过程记录资料，是编制竣工文件、施工技术总结、进行质量事故分析、工程成本分析等工作的基本依据。认真收集、妥善管理内业资料是施工技术管理的重要基础工作。
第二条必须建立内业资料管理责任制，健全各类资料的分类登记、保管和借阅等制度，并责任到人。
第二章内业资料
第三条资料可按照细目分类管理，建立文件清单、受控文件有效文件、作废文件目录、在文件上进行标示。
内业资料范围：
1 设计文件资料：包括设计图、参考图、变更设计、设计图审核、设计图优化和各种规范、验标等。
2 过程控制资料：包括检验批记录、分项工程评定、分部工程评定、测量资料、施工日志、征地拆迁、地质核查、作业指导书、技术交底及技术交底发放记录、工程试验、试验检验及测量设备台账等。
3 施工技术管理资料:包括项目部形成的各种文件、会议记录和会议签到表、施工组织设计、施工规范、验收标准、创优规
划、保证工程
质量、安全和环境保护措施、管理方案、应急预案、水保措施、施工技术小结或总结、竣工文件相关资料、施工过程验收及竣工验收记录，竣工验收报告等。
4 工程试验资料，设专门资料档案由试验室负责管理。试验资料包括原材料试验检验报告、材料合格证、成品及半成品质量合格证、原始检查试验资料、理论配合比、施工配合比、进场检验、试件记录等。
5 其它技术资料，含文字、图纸、照片、录音、录像及电子版技术资料。
第四条内业资料的收集整理
资料的收集应真实及时记录施工全过程，可按施工专业分类分阶段收集，资料的整理可按单位工程分类组卷。
第五条内业资料的管理
1 设计文件
对上级单位下发的设计文件进行查收、使用和保管。
2 施工设计核查资料
负责管理本单位组织核查的技术资料以及上级单位下发的全部核查资料。
3 施工调查资料
负责管理本管段的全部施工调查资料以及工程项目经理部下发的有
关施工调查资料。
4 开（复）工报告资料
应及时将建设单位或监理单位批复的开（复）工报告进行编号统计管理。
5 变更设计资料
应及时将建设单位批复的变更设计资料进行编号统计管理。
6 技术交底资料
负责管理本公司管段的全部技术交底资料。
7 测量资料
负责保存本公司管段全部测量资料。
8 计量、试验资料按规定由建立部门分别负责保管。
9 竣工文件所需有关资料签证、验收资料、施工记录和其它竣工资料，由技术部门负责管理，工程竣工后按建设单位要求分类立卷。
第六条施工技术标准规范管理。
1 管理好施工现场所使用的各种工程建设标准规范，如有所缺及时购买并进行编号、台账登记。
2 工程部应及时掌握与工程建设有关的国家、行业的工程建设标准、规范的动态，及时对各规范进行修改和作废。
3 工程部应按公司有关《程序文件》要求，及时清理本单位所管理
