乙烯绝缘电力电缆简介
交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆与纸绝缘电缆和聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆相比，具有优异的电气性能、机械性能、耐热老化性能、耐环境应力和耐化学腐蚀性的能力，而且结构简单，使用方便，不受敷设落差限制，长期工作温度高（90℃）等优点。
我公司可用三种技术方法（过氧化物法、硅烷法、辐照法）生产各类阻燃和非阻燃交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆。阻燃电缆包括A,B,C 各级和低烟低卤、低烟无卤等全系列电缆。
本产品以等效于国际标准IEC60502,IEC60332,IEC60754 的本公司企业标准组织生产。本公司
企标不仅全面达到而且部分高于上述国际标准，还可以根据用户需要，用其他标准组织生产。也可根据用户需要，设计制造具有某些特殊功能的交联电缆。
交联电缆长期工作温度高，载流量大。在同样环境条件下，选用交联电缆比选用纸绝缘和聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆可以降低规格（指导体标称截面）一至二档。这样不仅提高了电缆的性能和质量，而且可降低用户的电缆工程成本。
Brief of XLPE insulated Power Cable
XLPE insulated power cable has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated
cable. XLPE cable has electric strength, high-ageing resisting, environmetal stress resisting anti-chemical
corrosion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature.
Itcan be laid with no drop restriction.
Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can be manufactured with three
technology (peroxide, silance and irradiation crosslinking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of
low-amoke low-halogen, low-amoke low-halogen free, and non-smoke nonhalogenated and three classes
of A,B,C.
Our XLPE cable can be manufactured according to company’s specification which is equivalent to
IEC 60502, IEC 60754. Some of indexes are superior to above international standard IEC.
Some of specialXLPE cable can be manufactured according to the other standards required by
customs.
XLPE cable having higher long-term working temperature and greater current rating, at the same
environment XLPE cable may be reduced size (nominal cross-section) 1 or 2 class in comparison with
paper and PVC cable. This is not improve the quality and properties of products, but also reduce cable’s
production costs.
