1How to Make Yummy Fried RiceHey there! I'm going to teach you how to make the most delicious fried rice ever! Fried rice is one of my absolute favorite foods. It's so tasty and fun to eat. Plus, you can put all kinds of different ingredients in it to make it just how you like it. Are you ready to learn the secret recipe? Let's get started!First things first, you need to get all the ingredients ready. For fried rice, you'll need:Rice (You can use white or brown rice, whichever you prefer)EggsVeggies like carrots, peas, corn, or whatever else you want to addSoy sauceButter or oil for cookingYou'll also need a big pan or wok to cook everything in. A wok is best because it's nice and deep with slanted sides. But if you don't have one, a big frying pan works too.Okay, now that you have all your ingredients, it's time to start cooking! The first step is to make the rice. You want to use rice that's been cooked already and cooled down. It works way better than fresh hot rice. If you just made some rice, let it cool off completely before using it.While the rice is cooling, let's prepare the other ingredients. Crack some eggs into a small bowl and beat them up with a fork. Next, wash and chop up any veggies you're using. I like to cut the carrots into really thin slices. For peas or corn, you can just leave them whole. Now it's time for the fun part - the cooking! Heat up your pan or wok over high heat and add a few tablespoons of butter or oil. Once it's hot, pour in the beaten eggs. Use your spatula to scramble the eggs, kind of like making scrambled eggs. Keep stirring them around until they are fully cooked. As soon as the eggs are done, add in all your chopped veggies. I like to add the carrots first because they take a little longer to cook. Give the veggies a few minutes to cook, stirring them frequently so they don't burn.Next, add your cold cooked rice to the pan. Use your spatula to break it up and mix everything together really well. Drizzle some soy sauce over the top, maybe 2-3 tablespoons to start. You can always add more later if you want it a little more soy saucy.Keep stirring and tossing the rice until everything is piping hot and the soy sauce is evenly coating the rice. Taste it and add more soy sauce if you think it needs it. You can also add a little bit of salt and pepper if you want. And that's it! Your delicious fried rice is ready to eat. I like to scoop it onto a plate and top it with some extra soy sauce, green onions, or even a fried egg on top. It's sooooo good! The best part about fried rice is that you can switch up the ingredients however you want. Sometimes I add ham, chicken, shrimp, or beef. Other times I'll throw in different veggies like bell peppers, broccoli, or bean sprouts. You can make it spicy with some chili sauce or keep it mild. There are endless possibilities! No matter what ingredients you use, the keys to perfect fried rice are:Using cooled, cooked riceCooking over really high heatAdding the soy sauce at the endStirring and tossing everything together really wellIf you follow those tips, your fried rice will turn out amazing every single time. It makes such a yummy lunch or dinner. You can even have it for breakfast if you're feeling crazy!Fried rice is also great for using up any leftover rice, eggs, or veggies you have in the fridge. That way nothing goes to waste. How cool is that?Well, there you have it - all the secrets to makingmouth-watering fried rice right at home. It's easy, it's delicious, and you can get so creative with it. What's not to love?Give this fried rice recipe a try and let me know how it turns out for you. I just know you're going to love it as much as I do. Enjoy!篇2How to Make Yummy Fried RiceHi friends! Today I'm gonna teach you how to make the yummiest fried rice ever. Fried rice is one of my total favoritefoods. It's so tasty and you can put all sorts of fun things in it. My mom makes it for me a lot because it's an easy way to use up leftover rice and veggies from the night before. Get ready to learn all my tips and tricks!First thing's first, you need to have some cooked rice ready to go. Don't try making fried rice with fresh hot rice - it'll get all mushy and gross. You want to use rice that's been cooked already and had time to dry out a bit in the fridge. My mom always uses leftover rice from the night before when she makes fried rice.Next up, you need to gather your other ingredients. For plain fried rice, you'll need eggs, sesame oil or vegetable oil, soy sauce, and some chopped up green onions or chives. But you can also add all kinds of extras like peas, carrots, corn, diced chicken or ham, or whatever else you like. Get everything chopped and ready before you start cooking. Now for the fun part - the cooking! First thing you do is crack some eggs right into a hot pan or wok with a little bit of oil.I like to use sesame oil because it smells really good. Scramble up those eggs until they are cooked through, then scoop them out of the pan and set them aside for later.Next, add a little more oil to the pan and throw in your chopped veggies if you're using any. Sauté them for a couple minutes until they get a bit tender but still have a nice crunch. Then, add in your cold leftover rice and drizzle on some soy sauce. Use a spatula or spoon to toss everything together and break up any clumps of rice.Keep stirring and tossing the rice for 4-5 minutes until it's piping hot all the way through. That's when you add back in those scrambled eggs you set aside earlier. Just fold them in gently so you get pretty yellow egg pieces all mixed throughout the rice. The very last step is to stir in your chopped green onions or chives. This gives the fried rice such a fresh, delicious flavor. Give it all one final toss, then slide that beautiful fried rice right onto a plate. See how easy that was?You can eat your fried rice just like that, or add a few extra toppings if you want. Sometimes I like to sprinkle on a little extra soy sauce or drizzle on some sriracha if I'm feeling spicy. You could also add some crispy fried wontons or a fried egg on top. Get creative with it!The best part about fried rice is you can make it a little different every time depending on what leftover ingredients youhave in the fridge. Maybe one batch has peas and diced ham, while the next has corn and chicken. You can even use brown rice instead of white rice to make it a tiny bit healthier. No matter what, it always turns out crazy delicious when you follow those basic steps.I really hope you'll give this fried rice recipe a try soon. It's such an easy, yummy meal that's perfect for kids and grown-ups alike. You'll impress all your friends and family with your stellar fried rice skills. Who knows, you might even start liking it more than pizza or chicken nuggets!Making fried rice is also a great way to learn some basic cooking techniques like how to scramble eggs, sauté veggies, and stir-fry. Plus it teaches you about using up leftovers so food doesn't go to waste. Trust me, after your first bite of that hot, savory fried rice, you'll be hooked for life!Let me know if you have any other questions about this recipe. I'm like a little fried rice expert at this point thanks to my mom's lessons. Okay, now go gather your ingredients and start cooking up an amazing batch of fried rice! Send me a pic when you're done so I can see your masterpiece. Happy frying!篇3How to Make Yummy Fried RiceHi everyone! My name is Emily and I'm going to teach you how to make the tastiest fried rice ever. Fried rice is one of my total favorite foods. It's so good and you can put all kinds of yummy ingredients in it. My mom taught me this recipe and now I'm an expert fried rice maker!First, you need to get all the ingredients ready. For fried rice, you'll need:• 3 cups of cooked rice (day-old rice works best!)• 2 eggs• 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (or other veggies you like)• 2 gr een onions, chopped• 2 cloves of garlic, minced• 2 tablespoons soy sauce• 1 tablespoon sesame oil• Salt and pepperYou'll also need a big pan or wok to cook everything in. A wok is best because the curved sides make it easy to toss the rice. But a big skillet works just fine too.Okay, once you have everything ready, it's time to start cooking! First, crack the eggs into a small bowl and beat them up with a fork. Heat up your pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a little oil to coat the bottom. Pour in the beaten eggs and tilt the pan to make a flat egg pancake. Let it cook for about a minute until the bottom looks solid. Then use your spatula to break the egg up into small pieces right in the pan. Scoop the scrambled eggs onto a plate and set aside.Next, add the sesame oil to the hot pan and let it get nice and hot. Toss in the garlic and green onions and stir them around for 30 seconds until they smell awesome. Then add in the frozen veggies and let them cook for a couple minutes until they are thawed and a little brown in spots. Now it's time for the best part - the rice! Add the cold cooked rice to the pan and use your spatula or wok tool to toss everything together. Let the rice get nice and hot, using your spatula to continuously turn it over in the pan. This takes a few minutes. When the rice is hot all the way through, pour in the soy sauce and keep tossing. I like to add salt and pepper at this point too to make it extra tasty. Let the soy sauce coat all the grains of rice. Finally, add the scrambled eggs back to the pan and gently fold everything together. The eggs should be in little bites throughout the rice. Give it a final taste and add more soy sauce if you want. That's it, your fried rice is ready to eat! I like to scoop it into a big bowl and sprinkle some extra green onions on top. Sometimes we add extras like chicken, shrimp, or even hot dogs. But just plain fried rice is my favorite.Mmm I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Fried rice is so easy to make and it's such a fun dish because you can make it a little different every time depending on what veggies and proteins you add in.The most important things are to use day-old rice so it doesn't get mushy, to cook the eggs first so you get those yummy scrambled egg bites, and to let the rice get nice and hot in the pan so the grains dry out a bit and can soak up all the delicious soy sauce flavor.Once you get the hang of it, you'll be a fried rice expert like me! It's such a tasty meal and you can make tons of it for just a few bucks. My friends always beg for fried rice in their lunches.Well, that's my fried rice secret! The next time your parents ask what you want for dinner, tell them fried rice made by you. They'll be so impressed with your amazing cooking skills. Okay, I'm off to practice making another batch. First thing is to crack the 2 eggs into a small bowl and scramble them up really well with a fork. Set that aside for later.Next, heat up your pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add in the minced garlic. Let it sizzle for 10-15 seconds until it smells really good and fragrant. Then, pour in the scrambled eggs and keep stirring them with a spatula so they get into little egg pieces scattered all around. Once the eggs are scrambled, scoop them out into a separate dish. Leave the garlic oil in the pan.Now it's time for the rice! Add the 3 cups of cooked rice into the pan and spread it out in a flat layer. Let it sit for about 30 seconds to get toasted and a little bit browned and crispy on the bottom. Then drizzle the soy sauce over the top and use your spatula to toss and stir the rice so the soy sauce gets mixed all through. Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes until the rice is hot all the way through.Next, add in the frozen peas and carrots (or whatever veggies you're using) and the scrambled eggs you set aside earlier. Keep tossing and stirring everything together for another 2-3 minutes until the veggies are warm and the eggs are mixed in completely. For the final step, add in the chopped green onions and give it all a final toss. My name is Timmy and I'm 8 years old. Today, I want to tell you all about how to make my absolute favorite food: fried rice! It's so yummy and I eat it all the time. My mom makes the best fried rice ever. Let me share her secret recipe with you!First, you need to get all the ingredients ready. For fried rice, you'll need some cooked rice (we like to use white rice), eggs, frozen veggie mix (with carrots, peas, and corn), soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. You can also add things like chicken, shrimp, or beef if you want.Next, it's time to start cooking! First, you crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them up really good with a fork. Then, you heat up a big pan or wok with a little oil over high heat. Once it's really hot, pour in the eggs and keep stirring them around with a spatula or wooden spoon until they look all scrambled up.When the eggs are done, scoop them out onto a plate for now. Don't worry, we'll add them back in later! Now, add a little more oil to the pan and throw in the frozen veggies. Keep stirring them around until they are thawed and cooked through. After the veggies are done, it's time for the main event - the rice! Add the cooked rice to the pan and spread it out in a even layer. Let it cook for a couple minutes without stirring so it can get a little brown and crispy on the bottom. Now comes the fun part - you get to squish and smoosh the rice all around with your spatula or spoon! Keep stirring and breaking up any clumps. Once it's all loose and separated, make a well in the middle and pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. I like to add 2-3 tablespoons of each.Using your spatula, slowly incorporate the sauces into the rice, stirring and folding everything together. It might seem dry at first but keep mixing and it will all get coated nicely. At this point, you can add back in the scrambled eggs and any other protein like chicken. Finally, season everything with a generous sprinkle of salt and white pepper. Give it all a final stir to combine the seasonings. And that's it - fried rice perfection!I like to eat my fried rice spooned right out of the pan when it's super fresh and hot. The crispy bits on the bottom are my favorite part. But you can also scoop it onto a plate if you want. Sometimes I'll add a little extra soy sauce on top too.Mmm just thinking about that delicious fried rice is making me hungry! The flavors of the salty soy sauce, the sesame oil, the fluffy eggs, the crispy rice bits, and the tender veggies all mixed together is absolute heaven. My mouth is watering just describing it!Making fried rice is so much fun too. I love getting to smash and stir the rice around in the pan. Whenever my mom makes it, she lets me be her little fried rice helper. I get to add the soy sauce, stir the veggies, and do lots of the hands-on steps (withsome help and supervision of course). It makes me feel like a real chef!Fried rice is honestly the best food ever in my opinion. It's easy to make, super tasty, and pretty healthy too since it has vegetables, eggs, and protein. You can add whatever yummy ingredients you like to switch it up. Sometimes we'll do a Hawaiian version with pineapple and ham. Other times we make it spicy with sriracha sauce. There are endless possibilities! If you've never had fried rice before, or even if you have but want to try making it at home, I highly recommend giving this recipe a try. Just follow my mom's steps and you'll end up with an amazingly delicious pan of fried rice that the whole family will devour. Let me know if you make it and how it turns out! Fried rice for life!。
