判处五年徒刑，无权上诉。

曾克林：唯一一位具有陆海空三大军种经历的将军作者：来源：《党史天地》2016年第06期1913- 2007，江西赣州人，开国少将曾克林丰富多彩的军旅生涯与我军历史上的许多“第一”联系在一起：第一个率军挺进东北的是他；第一个战车师师长是他；参与组建空军第一个航空混成旅、海军航空兵第一师、海军第一个歼击师的也有他；1955年第一次授衔时，他是唯一一位参加过陆、海、空三大军种的将军……挺进东北，将军一生的光荣每当曾克林驾机飞临白山黑水，那片苍茫的黑土地出现在视野之内时，他都会回想起自己一生中最辉煌的那一页———1945年日本投降后，时任冀热辽军区第16军分区司令员的曾克林，率部挺进东北，这是第一支进入东北的八路军部队。

然而在沈阳，曾克林却遇到了平生最尴尬的场面。

1945年9月5日中午，沈阳火车站。

曾克林坐在火车头里，车厢里乘坐着他的3000名战士。

火车上插满了红旗，贴满了标语。

然而，与这气氛不相称的是，一个个黑洞洞的枪口对准了他们，阻住了他们进驻的步伐。

八路军战士困惑不解，敌意竟来自苏联红军，一支在他们心中充满了好感的部队。

曾克林下车与苏军沈阳卫戍司令卡夫通少将交涉了两次，都一直被拒绝进驻沈阳。

谈判中，卡夫通多次提到《中苏友好同盟条约》，可曾克林从未听过关于这个条约的只言片语。

由于电台功率太小，部队一出关就与上级失去了联络。

曾克林不知道，他的行动已经与党中央的要求相左了，当时苏联政府从自身利益考虑，与国民党政府签订了《中苏友好同盟条约》，要把沈阳、长春、哈尔滨、锦州、热河等城市都交给国民党政府，不允许中国共产党的正规军进入。

鉴于这方面的限制，中共中央从大局出发，于9月29日发出电报，要求八路军部队只以地方军及义勇军的名义，非正式进入东北，“不要声张”，“不要坐火车进入大城市”，“不要勉强与苏联红军接洽与联络”。

而曾克林却插红旗、贴标语，大事声张，坐着火车浩浩荡荡迁进锦州、沈阳；丝毫没有隐瞒八路军的身份，反而佩戴臂章，戎装整齐地进入；不但早已与苏联红军主动接洽，还并肩攻下了山海关，接收了东北重镇锦州。

在回忆同林彪结识的水南、值夏战斗时，他写道：我说他(指林彪)无品质的人，我说他无修养的人，我说他无气量的人，我说他没有共产党道德的人，为什么如此呢，说他不(无)呢？在汉口东北郊，紧靠跑马场的地方有一座白色大楼，解放战争时期，是国民党的华中“剿匪”司令部，白崇禧就在这里办公，当地老百姓有时就把它叫做白崇禧楼。

解放后这座楼成为中南军区司令部所在地。

1954年6月7日，这座大楼旁的一座两层小楼突然失火。

当救火人员冲入被反锁的楼内时，发现软禁在这座小楼内的一位中年男子已经去世。

死者就是在红军时期和抗战时期鼎鼎大名的中共名将陈光。

在战争年代，他是人民军队将领的群星中十分耀眼的一颗。

但在建国以后却默默无闻。

抗战时期美国着名作家史沫特莱采访朱德后写了一本书《伟大的道路》，该书的中译本在谈到朱德1928年初率南昌起义余部到达湖南宜章，准备发动湘南起义时，有这样一段话：进入宜章县境，离县城没有多远，他遇到一队农民自卫队，大约有几百人之众，为首的是一个18岁青年，名叫陈guang。

他说，他一家人除了自己外，都已被地主杀掉。

自卫队其他人的身世有的和他一样，有的也差不多。

陈guahg———在1937年已是八路军的师长———把他们组织起来，带领他们袭击“土豪劣绅”的碉堡式的宅第。

自卫队现在参加朱德的队伍来了。

陈光何许人也？译者闹不明白，去请教党史专家。

当时，党史专家研究的结果认为可能是陈赓。

陈赓是湖南人。

于是，译者便把陈guahg译成了陈赓。

陈赓在一二九师当旅长，于是译者在师长后面又来了个脚注：“应为旅长。

”其实，这位陈guang并非陈赓而是陈光，那个“应为旅长”的脚注自然也是不对的。

当朱德向史沫特莱谈自己的经历时，陈光(从1938年3月开始，而不是1937年)已经是鼎鼎大名的第一一五师的代师长了。

当译者翻译史沫特莱这本书时，陈光则已销声匿迹。

这段译文的差错，曲折反映了陈光的悲剧性历史。
