摘要

设计是以实践为主,理论与实践想结合的,通过对零件的分析与加工工艺的设计,提高我们队零件图的分析能力和设计能力。达到一个毕业生应有的能力,使我们在学校所学的各项知识得以巩固,以更好的面对今后的各种挑战。

此次设计的主要是围绕分油活门的加工工艺以及对钻Φ17的孔设计夹具来展开的。在加工过程中,我们在现有的条件下保证质量,加工精度来完成,对我们来说具有一定的挑战性。其主要内容有:分析零件图,确定生产类型和毛坯,确定加工设备和工艺设备,确定加工方案及装夹方案,刀具的选择,切削用量的选择与计算,数据处理,对刀点和换刀点的确定,加工的实际操作,加工后的检验工作。在机械设计制造各行业的工艺过程中广泛应用着各种不同的,用以固定加工对象,使之占有正确位置,以便接受施工的一种工艺装备,通称为夹具。本次设计主要是对钻Φ17的孔进行夹具设计,首先通过学习让哦我们对夹具设计有了初步的了解,然后再老师的指导下,对夹具设计方案分析和选择

。选定方案后,通过查阅相关夹具设计书籍和相关图例在钻孔夹具设计中,最终完成钻孔的夹具设计。最后撰写参考文献,组织附录等等。

ABSTRACT

The design is given priority to with practice, theory and practice to combine, based on the analysis of the components and design process, improve our team parts of the ability to analyze and design. Achieve a graduate student should have the ability, so that we learn in school to consolidate the knowledge, in order to better face the future challenges.

This design is mainly around the oil valve and processing technology on drilling a17hole jig design to start. In the process, we in the existing conditions to guarantee the quality, precision machining to complete, for us is a challenge. Its main contents are: analysis of parts diagram, determine the type of production and blank, determine the processing equipment and technology equipment, determine the processing scheme and clamping scheme, the choice of cutting tool, cutting parameters selection and calculation,

data processing, tool setting and tool change point determination, and processing of actual operation, after processing the inspection work. In the design and manufacture of machinery industry in the process is widely used in various, used for fixing the processing object, to occupy the correct position, to accept the construction of a process equipment, known as the fixture. This design is mainly for drilling a17hole jig design, first learn to us for fixture design have a preliminary understanding, then under the guidance of the teacher, the fixture design analysis and selection. The selected scheme, through access to relevant fixture design books and illustrations in the design of drilling jig, eventually completed the design of drilling jig.
