水泥厂常用润滑剂种类主选择1、概述水泥厂设备的运动零部件主要是齿轮传动、滑动轴承和滚动轴承,偶尔也能遇见平面摩擦零部件。
对这些运动零件正确润滑,能提高零部件承载能力,延长使用寿命,提高生产效率,节约能源。
这些零部件采用的润滑剂有液体的润滑油、胶体的润滑脂和固体润滑剂三种,尤多采用前两种。
2、水泥厂常用润滑油一般在两个相对运动的金属表面施加润滑油,形成润滑油膜,这样可以变金属表面间固体摩擦为润滑油液体摩擦,既能大大降低零部件磨损,又能降抵零部件运动阻力。
这时的润滑状态分为流体润滑和边界润滑,见图3-1。
边界润滑区域还可分为Ⅰ真正边界润滑区域;Ⅱ边界和流体两者混合区域。
对于轴承来说,流体润滑区域是两个运动金属完全被润滑膜所隔离,这时动摩擦系数N和VN/P之间的关系式如下v nPk= K×——p式中Pk——动摩擦系数;K——常数;v——润滑油黏度,m㎡/sn——轴转速,r/minp——轴承比压,Mpa。
由上式可见,如果润滑油黏度降低,轴转速降低,轴转速降低,轴承比压加大:摩擦面间油膜变薄,这时动摩擦系数降低。
如果越过一定界限(B点),当油膜薄到不能覆盖金属表同而发生金属接触时,动摩擦系数PK 急剧增加进入混合区域。
齿轮具有负荷大、几何形状复杂、啮合中既有滚动又有滑动的特点,是属于边界润滑和流体润滑兼有之的混合润滑,其润滑条件比轴承能产生油模形成流体润滑差得多,因此齿轮传动副润滑油选择条件要求更严格,而相对来说,轴承润滑油要求较宽。
在选润滑油时首先应满足齿轮副的要求,而一般来说该润滑油是能满足轴承润滑要求的。
对于减速机来说,仅须根据齿轮接触应力和圆度速度来选润滑油,该油也用作轴承润滑油。
基于同样观点,对整个水泥厂设备来说,以满足齿轮传动润滑的齿轮为主体,而其他润滑点也是选用齿轮油润滑,以减少工厂用油品种,便于润滑油管理。
水泥厂设备选用新开发中高档极压工业齿轮油将会降低零件磨损,减少润滑油消耗。

FD3000风电高性能齿轮油运用美孚合成碳氢基础油技术,具有优越的抗氧化和热稳
定性能、很高的粘度指数、极佳的低温流动性,性能与美孚合成油SHC627-SHC636、
BP公司的安能欣Enersyn SG-XP100-460性能相当,属齿轮油顶级产品。该系列产
品具有良好的极压抗磨性,可提供十分稳定的磨损保护,有助于控制微点蚀和其它
形式的齿轮磨损,均衡配方更好地保护轴承,改善抗腐蚀性能,是性能卓越的齿轮
