摘要
在这个假期接近尾声的时候，按照学校要求，余志伟利用几天的时间，采访了一下当地的成功认识，他很是兴奋，接触了身边很多在自己事业有所建树的人，深刻的了解到一个人要想成功，要付出比常人更多的努力，而在生活中的磨难，也会随着坚持而被战胜，成为成功路上的垫脚石。
在本次采访中，十位不同的成功人士给了余志伟很多启发。他们在自己的领域闪耀着光芒。他们中有公务员，有个体户，也有企业家，也有农民。所谓成功人士，他个人觉得在自己的事业上有一定的成就，就可以称为成功人士，并不是像成龙，赵本山这样的大明星才能成功。在很多不为人知的小地方也有着成功的人。例如在本次采访中的大棚种植户，只是一位很普通的农民。而他能克服危机，看准形式，寻找出路，努力实践，称为家乡第一大的大棚菜养殖户，他难道不算成功吗？磨难就是财富，人生在世，难免有三灾六难，而有些人能克服困难，站得更高，但有的人，害怕困难，摔得更重。而经过自己的一番刻苦努力战胜磨难，获得自己想得到的东西我们不能否认他们是成功人士。
其实，每个人都有那些不能言说的心酸往事，但是，当你战胜它们时，你就知道了，成功也许就在下一站。余志伟采访了这些成功人士，让他知道了每个人成功的背后都堆积着数不清的磨难，而每个成功人士的成就都是用他们不懈的努力与执着的拼搏把它们踏在脚下，而一步步取得成功的。通过本次社会实践他从那些成功人士的身上得到了很多的启示，每个人都会遇到磨难，只要决心向前，克服它，成功不远。而再回头看。那些曾经的磨难也会被珍视，人们就会觉得，这些陪伴他们成长的磨难，是他们生命中一笔宝贵的财富！
