立体车库的现状与发展

摘要：随着我国经济建设的不断发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，驾车出行也逐渐成为了人们的主要出行方式。人们各自的出行变得更加随意更加方便了，但是由于城市其他公共设施建设速度滞后于汽车保有量的增长速度，导致我国各个城市都面临一个严峻的交通拥堵问题。尤其是在一些大型城市交通拥堵问题呈现常态化。政府部门为了解决此类问题提出了不少相对应的措施，比如单双号限行，车辆限购等等措施。虽然在一定程度上可以起到立竿见影的效果。但是这样的措施也给市民带来一定的不便。随着国家城镇化建设脚步的加快，建立起了连接各个大中小型城市的交通物流网络。在此过程中改善和建设足够数量的停车设备成为了必要的措施。
本文通过研究国内外的各种立体车库的建设与发展历程，结合我国的基本国情来讨论如何改善我国各大城市的停车问题。对于各种类型的立体车库的特点、优缺点进行了分析对比。根据各个地方的具体条件来选择不同的立体车库建设方案。

According to the specific conditions of each place to choose a different three-dimensional garage construction program.

第一章立体车库的概述
1.1立体车库的概述
立体车库全称“自动立体停车装备系统”，属于仓储设施，它能使停入的车辆自动摆放到空缺位置，是一种立体化多空间的自动机械式车库。其管理系统是集自动化技术、机器人技术、计算机技术为一体的智能化立体化的物流储运系统。通过这种方式，能自动可靠地完成车辆的存取以及相关信息的管理。根据工作结构及形式可分为循环方式[1]、升降或横移方式[2]、巷道堆垛方式以及旋转方式【3】。立体车库是专门实现各种车辆的自动停放及科学寄存的仓储设施。随着城市汽车保有量的不断增加，停车难问题己经成为大中型城市的一个普遍现象。发展立体车库可充分利用土地资源，发挥空间优势，最大限度地停放车辆，成为解决城市静态交通问题的重要途径【4】。
1.2立体车库的分类
关于立体车库的种类，我国制定的《特种设备目录》规定了九个类别[5]，下面具体对比各个类别的立体车库的优势和不足之处[6-7-8-9]。
1.2.1升降横移类立体停车库
这类车库的工作原理是载车板通过升降动作和横移动作来进行存车或取车。这类车库的规模可根据地理条件变化，有多种形式可供选择，在实际使用中比较方便，因此应用普遍。其主要组成包括:钢结构框架、载车板、传动系统、安全防护系统、控制系统等。在现实应用中它占的比份较大，约70 %。这类车库的不足之处在于由于要为车辆的存取建立通道，那么就要留出一定空间浪费空间资源，如图1.1所示。

1.2.2垂直循环类立体停车库
这类车库是通过在竖直方向的循环动作达到存车或取车的目的。它的最大的特点是节省占地面积，不必在土地购买上花大量资金。不足在于结构方面比较复杂，不具备完善的监测与闭锁系统，故障率比较高，如图1.2所示。

1.2.3水平循环类立体停车库
这类车库是通过水平方向的动作达到存车或取车目的。所以不必专门设置出入通道，适于建造在窄长的地形，对通风装置的要求不高，所以相应的成本也降低不少，其不足点也很明显，由于形式的限制，进出口一般只有一个，这样造成取车效率低下，实用性不强，如图1.3所示。
