小学生英语朗诵短文1-3分钟Hello, everyone! My name is Kimi, and today I am going to share a short English speech with you. This speech is perfect for a primary school student to recite in 1 to 3 minutes.Good morning, teachers and fellow students!I am very happy to stand here and share my thoughts with all of you. The topic of my speech today is "The Power of Dreams."Dreams are like the stars in the sky, guiding us towards our goals. They are the driving force that keeps us moving forward, even when the road is tough and the journey is long.As a young student, I have many dreams. I dream of becoming a scientist, exploring the mysteries of the universe and discovering new ways to help our planet. I dream of becoming a teacher, inspiring others to learn and grow, just like my teachers have done for me.But dreams are not just for the future; they are also for today. Every day, I try to make my dreams come true by studying hard, being kind to others, and never giving up, no matter how hard things get.I believe that with hard work and determination, our dreams can become reality. And I know that each one of us has the power to make a difference in the world. So, let's dream big, work hard, and never stop believing in ourselves. Because when we chase our dreams, we can achieve great things and make the world a better place.Thank you for listening, and let's all keep dreaming!I hope you enjoyed this short speech. Remember, every dream starts with a single step, and every step is a step closer to making those dreams come true. Keep dreaming and keepstriving!。
英语诗歌朗诵3-5分钟In the realm of dreams, where stars shine bright, A story unfolds, captivating the night. With words enchanting and verses so sweet,I present to you a poem, my heart's own beat.Amidst the mystical moonbeams, I invite you to stay, As our journey begins, let your thoughts drift away. Through meadows of lavender and fields of gold,A tale of love and joy, forever to be told.In the land where rainbows paint the sky,Where rivers of laughter and laughter defy,Two souls emerged, destined to be,A love story written in eternity's decree. They danced through the meadows, hand in hand,Their love a tune, the sweetest in the land. With every step, the earth seemed to sing,A melody of love, transcending everything. Underneath the starry canopy above,They whispered secrets, promises of love.Their hearts entwined, forever united,In a bond no force could ever be divided. With the dawn's embrace, they turned to the sea,Together they ventured, sailing wild and free. The waves carried their love to distant shores,As they painted their story with seashells and spores. Through mountains they climbed, reaching for the sky, Scaling new heights, they never questioned why.Their love a beacon in the darkest of nights,Guiding them forward, through life's changing sights. But as life oft does, it threw them a test,A tempest of challenges, leaving them oppressed. But hand in hand, they faced the storm's roar,Their love a shelter, forevermore. And as destiny would have it, the storm soon passed, Revealing a rainbow, a love meant to last. With hearts rekindled and smiles on their face,They knew their love could withstand any chase. So let us remember this timeless tale,Of two souls who conquered, who wouldn't fail. For in the realm of dreams, where stars shine bright, Love remains the greatest, most majestic sight. As the echoes of my words fade away,May this poem live on in your heart every day.For in poetry's embrace, stories unfold,And love's song forever shall be told.。

I was a 19-year-old student at the University of Texas and well on my way toward fulfilling my“big dream”of one day becoming an 1)orthopedic surgeon. On the night of February 17,1981 I was studying for an 2)Organic Chemistry test at the library with Sharon,my girlfriend of three years. Sharon had asked me to drive her back to her dormitory as it was getting quite late. We got into my car,not realizing that just getting into a car would never quite be the same for me again. I quickly noticed that my gas 3)gauge was registered on empty so I pulled into a nearby convenience store to buy $2.00 worth of gas.“I‘ll be back in two minutes,”I yelled at Sharon as I closed the door. But instead, those two minutes changed my life forever.Entering the convenience store was like entering the 4)twilight zone. On the outside I was a healthy,athletic,pre-med student, but on the inside I was just another statistic of a violent crime. I thought I was entering an empty store, but suddenly I realized it was not empty at all. Three robbers were in the process of committing a robbery and my entrance into the store caught them by surprise. One of the criminals immediately5)shoved a .38 6)caliber handgun to my head, ordered me to the cooler, pushed me down on the floor, and pumped a bullet into the back of my head - execution style. He obviously thought I was dead because he did not shoot me again. The 7)trio of thieves finished robbing the store and left calmly.Meanwhile,Sharon wondered why I had not returned. After seeing the three men leave the store she really began to worry as I was the last person she saw entering the store. She quickly went inside to look for me,but saw no one-only an almost empty cash register containing one check and several pennies. Quickly she ran down each aisle shouting,“Mike,Mike!”Just then the 8)attendant appeared from the back of the store shouting,“Lady, get down on the floor. I‘ve just been robbe d and shot at!”Sharon quickly dropped to the floor screaming,“Have you seen my boyfriend? He has 9)auburn hair.”The man did not reply but went back to the cooler where he found me choking on my vomit. The attendant quickly cleaned my mouth and then called for the police and an ambulance.Sharon was in shock. She was beginning to understand that I was hurt, but she could not begin to comprehend or imagine the severity of my injury. When the police arrived they immediately called the homicide division as they did not think I would survive and the paramedic reported that she had never seen a person so severely wounded survive. At 1:30 a.m. my parents who lived in Houston, were awakened by a telephone call from Brackenridge Hospital advising them to come to Austin as soon as possible for they feared I would not make it through the night. But I did make it through the night and early in the morningthe neurosurgeon decided to operate. However,he quickly informed my family and Sharon that my chances of surviving the surgery were only 40/60. If this were not bad enough, the neurosurgeon further shocked my family by telling them what life would be like for me if I beat the odds and survived. He said I probably would never walk, talk,or be able to understand even simple commands. My family was hoping and praying to hear even the slightest bit of encouragement from that doctor. Instead, his pessimistic words gave my family no reason to believe that I would ever again be a productive member of society. But once again I beat the odds and survived the three and a half hours of surgery.Granted,I still could not talk,my entire right side was paralyzed and many people thought I could not understand, but at least I was stable. After one week in a private room the doctors felt I had improved enough to be transferred by jet ambulance to Del Oro Rehabilitation Hospital in Houston. My hallucinations, coupled with my physical problems, made my prognosis still very bleak. However,as time passed my mind began to clear and approximately six weeks later my right leg began to move ever so slightly. Within seven weeks my right arm slowly began to move and at eight weeks I uttered my first few words. My speech was extremely difficult and slow in the beginning, but at least it was a beginning. I was starting to look forward to each new day to see how far I would progress. But just as I thought my life was finally looking brighter I was tested by the hospital europsychologist. She explained to me that judging from my test results she believed that I should not focus on returning to college but that it would be better to setmore“realistic goals.”Upon hearing her evaluation I became furious for I thought,“Who is she to tell me what I can or cannot do. She does not even know me. I am a very determined and stubborn person!”I believe it was at that very moment that I decided I would somehow, someday return to college. It took me a long time and a lot of hard work but I finally returned to the University of Texas in the fall of 1983 - a year and a half after almost dying. The next few years in Austin were very difficult for me,but I truly believe that in order to see beauty in life you have to experience some unpleasantness. Maybe I have experienced too much unpleasantness, but I believe in living each day to the fullest, and doing the very best I can.And each new day was very busy and very full, for besides attending classes at the University I underwent therapy three to five days each week at Brackenridge Hospital. If this were not enough I flew to Houston every other weekend to work with T om Williams,a trainer and executive who had worked for many colleges and professional teams and also had helped many injured athletes, such as Earl Campbell and Eric Dickerson. Through Tom I learned:“Nothing is impossible and never, never give up or quit.”Early, during my therapy,my father kept repeating to me one of his favorite sayings. I have repeated it almost every day since being hurt:“Mile by mile it‘s a trial;yard by yard it’s hard;b ut inch by inch it‘s a cinch.”I thought of those words, and I thought of Tom,my family and Sharon who believed so strongly in me as I climbed the steps to receive my diploma from the Dean of Liberal Arts at the University of Texas on that bright sunny afternoon in June of 1986.Excitement and pride filled my heart as I heard the dean announce that I had graduated with“highest honors”,been elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and been chosen as one of 12 Dean‘s Distinguished Graduates out of 1600 in the College of Liberal Arts. The overwhelming emotions and feelings that I experienced at that very moment, when most of the audience gave me a standing ovation,I felt would never again be matched in my life-not even when I graduated with a masters degree in social work and not even when I became employed full time at the Texas Pain and Stress Center. But I was wrong! On May 24,1987,I realized that nothing could ever match the joy I felt as Sharon and I were married. Sharon,my high school sweetheart of nine years, had always stood by me,through good and bad times. To me,Sharon is my miracle,my diamond in a world filled with problems, hurt, and pain. It was Sharon who dropped out of school when I was hurt so that she could constantly be at my side. She never wavered or gave up on me.It was her faith and love that pulled me through so many dark days. While other nineteen year old girls were going to parties and enjoying life,Sharon devoted her life to my recovery. That,to me,is the true definition of love. After our beautiful wedding I continued working part time at the Pain Center and completed my work for a masters degree. We were extremely happy, but even happier when we learned Sharon was pregnant. On July 11,1990 at 12:15 a.m. Sharon woke me with the news:“We need to go to the hospital…my water just broke.”I couldn‘t help but think how ironic it was that my life almostended in a convenience store and now on the date“7-11”we were about to bring a new life into this world. This time it was my turn to help Sharon as she had helped me over those past years. She was in labor for 15 hours. At 3:10 p.m. Sharon and I experienced the birth of our beautiful daughter,Shawn Elyse Segal!Tears of joy and happiness came to my eyes as our healthy, alert, wonderful daughter entered this world. We anxiously counted her 10 fingers and her 10 toes and watched her wide eyes take in the world about her. It was truly a beautiful picture that was etched in my mind forever as she lie in her mother‘s waiting arms, just minutes after her birth. At that moment I thanked God for blessing us with the greatest miracle of all-Shawn Elyse Segal.英语朗诵2到3分钟文章篇二My First Job(我的第一个工作)As a young ice skater,I had flown pretty high, pretty quickly. My partner and I won the Canadian junior pairs championship when I was 14 and I was thrilled,as a 6-year-old,to be picked to skate in the 1994 Olympics in Lillehammer,Norway. But then everything came crashing down.We finished 12th at the Games. I soon quit doubles skating and tried to continue in singles. But I wasn‘t good enough I didn’t even compete in the nest two national championships. I felt like I was a somebody who had become a nobody.I was 18 and had just graduated from high school when my mom told me:“You can‘t just count on skating to make a living. You better find a j ob.”I knew she was right. But what could I do?I’d been an athlete, skating since I waited tables, cleaned, stocked the shop, took inventory;I did everything. In fact,Iworked so hard that I never got the chance to even have a break or get off my feet for entire shifts. No one cared that I had been an Olympic skater;I was judged only by how hard I worked. It was exactly what I needed. That job taught me to so many things. I learned, for example, how to deal with people. As an athlete,I‘d lived in something of a cocoon growing up,so this was new to me. One day a man loudly called me. One day a man loudly called me over to his table and, with a scowl on his face, complained:“This milk is soul. I’m not drinking this junk!I want my money back!”It was near the end of my s hift and I was tempted to tell him how rude I thought he was. But I had learned that“the customer is always right‘and a smile can go a long way.“I‘m really sorry, sir—I’ll get you a free cup,”I said with a wide grin. When I brought him his coffee his whole disposition had changed. And he left me a tip!My first job taught me that it is important to do the best at anything you try,in school,at work or sport. I knew nothing about being a waitress when I started my job but by the time I left—when I decided to return to skating and to team p with David—I had earned a raise and my boss‘s praisse. The meant so much to me.英语朗诵2到3分钟文章篇三“Sorry” FirstThere is one word that is on the lips of Americans, day and night:“Sorry.”One time as I was walking on the street,a young man ran by hurriedly, brushing against my handbag. Even as he continued on his way,he turned back and said“sorry”to me. Even in a rush,he didn‘t forget to apologize. One day, after Ibought a mango, the salesman was giving me the change, but I wasn’t ready for it and a coin dropped to the ground.“I‘m sorry,”he said while bending down to pick it up. I was puzzled—why would he apologize when it is my fault?Another time,I stepped on a man‘s foot in an escalator,at the same time,we both said“sorry”。

以下是小编为大家整理的关于英语朗诵短文1-3分钟,给大家作为参考,欢迎阅读!英语朗诵短文1-3分钟篇1:Be Happy!“The days that make us happy make us wise.”----John Masefieldwhen I first read this line by England’s Poet Laureate, it startled me. What did Masefield mean? Without thinking about it much, I had always assumed that the opposite was true. But his sober assurance was arresting. I could not forget it.Finally, I seemed to grasp his meaning and realized that here was a profound observation. The wisdom that happiness makes possible lies in clear perception, not fogged by anxiety nor dimmed by despair and boredom, and without the blind spots caused by fear.Active happiness---not mere satisfaction or contentment ---often comes suddenly, like an April shower or the unfolding of a bud. Then you discover what kind of wisdom has accompanied it. The grass is greener; bird songs are sweeter; the shortcomings of your friends are more understandable and more forgivable. Happiness is like a pair of eyeglasses correcting your spiritual vision.Nor are the insights of happiness limited to what is near around you. Unhappy, with your thoughts turned in upon your emotional woes, your vision is cut short as though by a wall. Happy, the wall crumbles. The long vista is there for the seeing. The ground at your feet, the world about you----people, thoughts, emotions, pressures---are now fitted into the larger scene. Everything assumes a fairer proportion. And here is the beginning of wisdom.译文:快乐“快乐的日子使人睿智。
英语朗诵短文3分钟Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,Good evening, and welcome to our English recitation event. Tonight, we are here to celebrate the beauty of the English language through the power of words. As we embark on this journey, let us remember that each word we speak has the potential to inspire, to educate, and to connect us all.In the vast expanse of literature, there are countless gems that have stood the test of time, each one a testament to the human spirit and our collective imagination. Tonight, I am honored to share with you a piece that has resonated with me deeply. It is a short story that speaks to the heart of what it means to be human, to dream, and to strive for something greater than ourselves.Once upon a time, in a small village nestled between the rolling hills and the sparkling sea, there lived a young girl named Emily. She was a curious child, always asking questions and exploring the world around her. Her eyes were filled with wonder, and her heart was full of dreams.Emily's village was a place where time seemed to stand still. The days were filled with the laughter of children, the chatter of the marketplace, and the rhythmic sound of the ocean waves. But Emily's mind was always wandering, always seeking something more. One day, as she sat by the shore, gazing out at the horizon, she noticed a ship in the distance. It was a magnificent vessel, with sails billowing in the wind, and it seemed to call out to her. Emily's heart swelled with excitement, and she knew that she had to see what lay beyond the horizon. As she grew older, Emily's dreams of adventure only grew stronger. She spent her days learning about the world, studying maps and charts, and listening to the tales of travelers who passed through her village. Each story fueled her desire to explore, to discover, and to experience allthat life had to offer. Finally, the day came when Emily could wait no longer. She packed her bags, said her goodbyes, and set off on her journey. The world was vast and full of mystery, and she was determined to see it all.Emily's travels took her to far-off lands, where she encountered people of different cultures and languages. She learned to appreciate the diversity of the world and the richness of human experience. Each new place she visited only deepened her understanding of the interconnectedness of all things.Through her adventures, Emily discovered that the world was not just a place to explore, but also a place to learn, to grow, and to find one's purpose. She realized that the true treasure of life was not found in distant lands, but within the heart of every person she met.As Emily returned to her village, she carried with her the wisdom of her travels and the knowledge that she had gained. She shared her stories with the people of her village, inspiring them to dream and to seek their own adventures. And so, Emily's legacy lived on, a testament to the power of dreams and the importance of following one's heart. Her story serves as a reminder that no matter where we come from, weall have the potential to make a difference in the world.Thank you for joining me on this journey through the words of Emily's story. May we all find the courage to pursue our dreams and to embrace the adventures that life has to offer.Thank you.。

下面是店铺带来的英语朗诵三分钟文章,欢迎阅读!英语朗诵三分钟文章篇一Back after 32 years (如果时光倒流32年)The 2 teams - Australia and the USA played their opening games on the same day. One team came away happy and the other not so happy. Having moved to Australia many years ago as a professional footballer - it was nice to see my adopted country record its first ever win in a World Cup. When I arrived in Brisbane, situated on the east coast of Australia,so many years ago - the last thing on Australias‘mind was the World Cup.It was a new country with only 17 million people who were and still are sports mad. However‘football’as the rest of the world calls it i s not called‘football’in Australia and is not the number one sports las in so many other countries. There are 4 other sporting codes that attract a greater following - Rugby League,Rugby Union,Australian Rules, and Cricket. Soccer(as it is called in the Antipodes)came in a distant 5th - why do we and the USA call it soccer?Australia has Australian Rules and The USA has American football, which is their football respectively,so media and federations decided to call the game soccer and not football. That‘s also the reason so many English teachers from the USA and Australia teach the word soccer and not football to Chinese students. Now back to football. It was one of those games that had more controversy than all the other games put together,a Japangoal that should not have been,a penalty that should have been, and 3 goals from Australia in the last 6 minutes to give them their first ever win in a World Cup. Today though, all the talk will be about the referee who made so many bad decisions. In the end there were 3 points for Australia which will be great for football(“O”sorry soccer)back in Australia. The USA will have to go back to the drawing board after their hiding from the Czech Republic.Australia will play Brazil next. Perhaps another upset is in the offing- perhaps not BUT do not discount the“never say die”attitude of the Aussies!Who would have given them ay hope of winning this game with 6 minutes to go and 1-0 down the best we could hope for was a draw perhapes, not this Aussie team“you beauty”a 3-1 win. I still have to pinch myself.John英语朗诵三分钟文章篇二Dead Ball Situations(定位球局面)With training nowadays,as much time is spent on dead ball situations as there is on tactics and fitness. In today‘s’profession coaches have to:1 Look at the strengths and the weaknesses of their opponents2 Look at the dead ball specialists in other teams3 Try to formulate a team that will counteract the opponents skillsThus we appoint different coaches to oversee individual strategies thus enabling and affording the team as many opportunities as possible to win from.So - what is a dead ball situation? It‘s a free kick,a throw-in,a corner kick or a penalty. We need specialty players in every team to be able to perform these functions. Specialists have become important to a teams game-play over the years as the level of skill and professionalism have grown. Why the need?Because teams are so evenly matched nowadays - the smallest of advantages can be the difference between winning and losing.Who are the players that can perform these very important parts of a game?Free kicksWell in the author‘s humble opinion(and fairly much every other soccer buff’s)- the best in the world is David Beckham who currently plays for Real Madrid. Without a doubt he is the best taker of free kicks in the world. How did this happen.David would spend 3 to 4 hours on his own after training practicing free kick after free kick every day. In the first game how did they score? From a free kick by Beckham,Throw insAustralia scored their first goal from a throw in by Lucas Neil. Again he is another committed individual who spends his own time after hours practicing to get the distance he needs.CornersAnother very important aspect of play is corner taking which can result in goals and a few of these have been done at World Cup games inclusive of the current one.Specialty players are not the ever-constant performers on field - they are however players who have exhibited the crucial specialist skill at the moment in a game when all eyes are on them and breaths are bated. Their physical skill and unseen hours ofcommitment to their task will be meted out within seconds - hopefully bringing to fruition the‘point’- the goal. The sliver of opportunity that presents itself will be just that - a sliver. Watch the specialist and opportunity go hand in hand.So these points can be transferred into everyday situations during the lives we lead. What we learn and any task we choose to undertake requires we practice and commit to that task if we wish to see results in our favor. Even if its on our own time.In sports or business to gain an advantage we have to know the opposition and be the best we can be at what we do.John Deegan英语朗诵三分钟文章篇三Coaches and Referees(教练与裁判)We now look at the two men who have a great amount of influence on a game without even kicking the ball - coaches and referees. These two individuals can turn a game around by the blow of a whistle or the mere wave of a hand.Over the years I have seen referees become more liberal on their interpretation of the laws of the game. This has(for some unknown reason)suddenly been changed by FIFA for this World Cup and one has to ask‘why’?When I was a player you could not raise your hands to pull a shirt or to stop an opponent from beating you fairly. However over the last few years we have seen a decline in what is‘fair play’,what constitutes a foul and what doesn‘t.For example - when a team is on the attack and wins a corner - we will see the big men come up for this. Within every league, especially in Europe, there is the shirt pulling, the wrestling, and the shoving that has become part and parcel of the game. Now we see referees going back to the rules which state a playercannot use their hands. All of a sudden players are getting booked for fouls that they have gotten away with over a number of years. Why has this been lax for so long and discounted? As a winger and a small player these rules were to my benefit but over the last few years the smaller player has been handicapped by referees letting these sort of fouls go unpunished. So as far as I‘m concerned it’s great to get back to the correct interpretation of fair play. The CoachesWe see on the TV the coaches who really kick every ball with their players by the way they behave on the bench. They‘re up and down like pedantic madmen - shouting, talking to the 4 officials, screaming and looking harried to all and sundry. Not in my day!Coaches were very quiet and the only time you would hear from them was at half-time. Now you hear every word every second of the game. They are the people who make the changes and have to live with the consequences of what they call. Some times they’ll come off the hero and other times they‘ll be the worst villain the country has seen that season. Unfortunately when things hit a low we know the eventual outcome is’sacked‘。
