The Rule of Three – We remember three things。 1. The audience are likely to remember only three things from your presentation – plan in advance what these will be.1. Believe it or not, the chances are, people will only remember three things from your presentation. So before you start writing your presentation, plan what your three key messages will be. Once you have these messages, structure the main part of your presentation around these three key themes and look at how they could be better illustrated。 2. There are three parts to your presentation2. The beginning, the middle and the end. Start to plan out what you will do in these three parts. The beginning is ideal for an attention grabber or for an ice breaker. The end is great to wrap things up or to end with a grand finale。 3. Use lists of three wherever you can in your presentation3. Lists of three have been used from early times up to the present day. They are particularly used by politicians and advertisers who know the value of using the rule of three to sell their ideas。 Veni, Vidi, Vici (I came, I saw, I conquered) – Julius Caesar “Friends, Romans, Countrymen lend me your ears” – William Shakespeare “Our priorities are Education, Education, Education” – Tony Blair A Mars a day helps you to work, rest and play – Advertising slogan Stop, look and listen – Public safety announcement “我来了,我看见,我战胜”——凯撒大帝 “朋友、罗马人、同胞,请听我说“——丘吉尔 “我们的重点是教育、教育、教育“——布莱尔 “一天一根玛氏条,助你工作、休息和玩耍”——广告词 “一停二看三听”——公共安全宣传语 A classic example of the rule of three was Winston Churchill’s famous Blood, Sweat and Tears speech. He is widely attributed as saying I can promise you nothing but blood sweat and tears. What he actually said was “I can promise you Blood, Sweat, Toil and Tears”. Because of the rule of three we simply remember it as Blood sweat and tears。 4. In Presentations “Less is More”4. If you have four points to get across – cut one out. They won’t remember it anyway. In presentations less really is more. No one ever complained of a presentation being too short。 1.Do Not Stay Hidden Before You Speak Unless you are Bono, Oprah, or the President, you have no reason to hide before you speak and every reason to mingle, letting people know that you are interesting and personable BEORE you take the stage. Aim to connect with individuals and build a following before you address your audience as a whole. 2.Do Not Write a Boring Intro and Have a Boring Person Read It 不要做过多的自我介绍 Your audience already has some idea of who you are, so skip the boring LinkedIn bio facts. When deciding what to include, ask yourself why your biomatters to this group of people. Keep it short and sweet, including only the most pertinent information of why they should care about who you are and what you have to say. 3. Do Not Slowly Stroll Onto the Stage Unless you are really, REALLY famous, no one is getting a thrill out of viewing your entry. So, just get there. Fast. As humble as you may actually be, even appearing to take your time to get on stage can come off as self-important. And, if the applause after you’ve been introduced has dwindled or completely stopped before you get to center stage, you (and your entire audience) can practically taste the awkward in the room. 4. Do Not Start with "Thank you very much. It’s such a pleasure to be here". This was an entirely acceptable way to begin public speaking the first ten million times it was done. We are now past that mark and opening with this line is akin to saying: "Thank you for hearing me say something that you are now not listening to at all." Starting with this line is the best way to make your audience members check their Twitter or Instagram accounts within the first 10 seconds of your speech. 5. Do Not Say, "Good morning!" …Wait for a Response, and Then Say, "Oh, Come On, You Can Do Better Than That!"

That government of the peope, by the peope, for the peope sha not perish from the earth.(排比) 这个民有、民治、民享的国家将不会从地球上消失。
用英语演讲,不要用太多 I fee, I think,老是用I,显得十分主观,狭隘。

The fact that you have taken pride in your appearance should help, as should a friendly smile on your face.
However, your body language will give you a better sense of confidence than an expensive suit or a killer smile. When standing in front of an audience, you should avoid swaying from side to side. Swaying will not only make you look nervous, but will also make it seem that you are out of control.
