参考范文:An undeniable(不可否认的') fact in our life is that some children are more intelligent(聪明的) or capable(有才能的)than their peers. However, whether these children should be taught separately has long been a topic of debate. If students with different abilities are put in the same class the first benefit is that they can learn from each other and draw on (吸取) other people's strengths. A mathematical(数学的) genius(天才) may be poor in arts or sports and this is what he can improve by interacting(互动) with his classmates. Also why we object to separate teaching is that teachers tend to pay more attention to those with better academic results which may give students in the slow class a sense of discrimination(歧视).However, some people believe that children should be put in different classes according to their abilities. This mode enables students particularly(尤其) those intelligent ones to fully develop their potentials(潜力).In their own class: they can be given specialtraining without worrying that their classmates cannot keep up with the class. This also seems to be a reasonable arrangement for those ordinary students who would feel less stressed . With students of similar abilities in one class it would be easier for schools to make their teaching plans and control the progress. From my point of view,to promote an all-around(全方位) development it is better to have students study together regardless of their abilities and talents. However this is not against individualized teaching and learning in our schools. In addition to standardized teaching plans some extra-curricular programs can be designed for students with particular talents in some aspects5月19日雅思考试写作大作文范文In many countries women are able to join the armed forces. 2016雅思写作精选范⽂之科技类 We have been living in the nuclear age now for over half a century. Since the first atomic bombs were developed, nuclear technology has provided governments with the ability to totally destroy the planet. Yet the technology has been put to positive use as an energy source and in certain areas of medicine. To what extent is nuclear technology a danger to life on Earth? What are the benefits and risks associated with its use? Model Answer: These days, many people are afraid of nuclear technology because of the dangers associated with its use. In my opinion, although it is true that nuclear weapons pose the greatest threat to life, the use of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes also carries some serious risks. Nuclear power stations provide an important source of cheap power for many industrialised nations and some developing countries. However, there is always the danger of radiation leaking from these plants. Even though safety precautions are taken, there have been numerous disasters such as the explosion of a nuclear plant in Russia not long ago. Nuclear technology is even used to help cure some diseases such as cancer. Radiation can be applied to the body to burn away cancerous cells. This is, however, a dangerous procedure, and the application of radiation is almost always painful and not always successful. The most worrying aspect of nuclear technology, though, is its use for military purposes. Enough atomic bombs have already been built to completely destroy the planet, and the real danger is that one day some country will start a war with these weapons. Too many countries now have the technology required to make such bombs, and there is currently much debate about how to control the situation. In conclusion, nuclear technology certainly has positive uses, but is, nonetheless, dangerous. However, it would have been better if it had never been used to create nuclear weapons. If life on Earth is to continue. 2016雅思写作精选范⽂之犯罪类 Without capital punishment (the death penalty) our lives are less secure and crimes of violence increase. Capital punishment in essential to control violence in society. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? Model Answer: Before talking about the essential role of death penalty, you have to think about the meaning, and the purpose, of any kind of punishment. If you consider that the purpose is to prevent the guilty from being nasty again, you can be seduced by an argumentation in favour of the suppression of capital punishment. But you have to think about another aspect of the problem: a punishment is also useful to impress people, to make them fear the law. In fact, let's take the example of a young misfit, which has grown in a violent atmosphere, influenced by older delinquents, etc ... He lives in the streets, he's got no aim but to survive. This is the kind of person who could possibly kill someone for money, or even for fun ... Why would he fear prison? Life would be easier for him there. In addition, in many cases, when you behave normally, you can benefit from penalty reductions. This young misfit needs to be impressed, he needs to know that the law is a frontier. When you cross it, you can lose your life. That is why capital punishment helps keeping a distance between robbery and murder. If you abolish it, you suppress the difference between these two types of crime, which are completely different. But there is also a limit to define: even if death penalty is unavoidable, it would be a crime to apply it to inadequate cases. If there is no premeditation or past facts which can justify such a punishment, it is far too strict to apply death penalty. That is why the lawmakers have to establish precisely the context in which capital punishment car be pronounced. That is the price to pay to limit violence without using excessive violence.。

2016年4月16日雅思大作文写作范文>>>点击进入2016年4月16日雅思考试真题(汇总)A卷参考范文As a result of the accelerating process of globalization in various aspects, young people in different countries are more likely to enjoy the same music, films, or television programs, which invariably result in some similarities. Some people may claim that it is more a curse than a blessing for the world. One argument commonly raised that this process will be damaging to the globe diversity. When locals are bombarded with foreign products or culture, they may gradually abandon their traditional values or ways of life, so this would have a negative impact on their national or cultural identities in the long run. They even quote numerous examples such as the Eskimo in Iceland and Mosuo ethnic group in Southwest China to illustrate their point of view. While this is particularly true of some minority cultures, I want to point out that they are still special cases instead of the general rule.Generally speaking, sharing something across the globe can contribute to a deeper mutual understanding between different nations. For example, a piece of country music by John Denver may well shed light on the peaceful daily life of Americans while a pop song by Cui Jian may introduce to Westerners a much more familiar China. What is more, an experience of some alien cultures may encourage more appreciation of the local ones, rather than assimilation or malfunction. There is overwhelming evidence on this when we consider japan, or China, or even the US, which tend to incorporate theinternational elements into the local. To conclude, I am quite optimistic about the prospect of an increasingly similar world. Of course, some minority groups may be put at a disadvantage for they cannot receive equal attention as the superpowers. So I also advocate that governments or other bodies should make efforts to bring these minorities into the international horizon.B卷参考范文Knowledge is power, Francis bacon wrote long ago. Education has a key to play in one’s growth and a nation’s development.Education is the driving force of productivity. Keeping this in mind, numerous countries and governments are paying closer attention to the cultivation of talents. People differ greatly in their views as to how to wisely allocate educational budget, some people assert that instead of supporting other subjects, national investment in science is desirable. As I see it, government should place equal stress on both science and arts.Granted, plenty of evidence and arguments could be easily found to prove that it is advisable for a nation to subsidize science. For a start, the competition among different countries, to some extent, amounts to the competition of gifted people. Science and technology is the stimulating factor of the development of productivity. Large amounts of talents could inject new life into a nation’s prosperity. Besides, in comparison with art students, those who are better equipped with science knowledge such as computer, business and accounting could create more commercial value.Nevertheless, it is rather superficial to simply say that national budget should be only restricted to science investment. The mightiness of a nation involves many aspects and the cultivati on of good citizens or talents is to realize one’s comprehensive development. The construction of a country needs enterprisers, mathematicians and scientist, yet, on no account can we ignore the immense value of artists, writers, musicians. In addition to science subjects, literature, history, philosophy, music, art and PE should also become the aim of education. Literature strengthens one’s cultural deposit, history deepens one’s insight into life, philosophy fosters one’s analytical thinking, music moulds one’s temperament, art cultivates one’s artistic eye and PE enhances one’s health index. In these senses, art still deserves enough attachment and support. Art talents are indispensable to the betterment of a country.Overall, I re-affirm my conviction that education should not have too much utilitarian, conversely, it needs to render more concerns over one’s spiritual growth and character-training. Ideal educational policy should place equal significance on science investment and other subjects.猜你可能喜欢:。

In order to deter this tendency, some people advocate that like adults, those young offenders are supposed be imposed on the same punishment. As far as I am concerned, this practice is feasible on the condition that they commit criminal wrongdoings more than once.It is generally believed that many young people go astray due to a lack of proper legal education. Obviously, some of them do not have a clear understanding of the consequence of behaviors when they commit crimes at the first time. Under such a circumstance, enforcing them to attend law courses rather than stiff penalty serves the purpose of educating them the importance of obeying laws and regulations. As a result, it is less likely for them to pose future damage to the society and innocent citizens. In addition, unpaid community services can be an optional method. Juveniles are able to gain the sense of achievement and enough attention through engaging in activities such as fending for the elderly whose children live far away from them; doing laundry and cleaning in nursing home or just accompanying them for one or two hours a day. As the survey indicated that the motive of repeated juvenile delinquency is mainly to prove self-value, this softer punishment enables them to become productive social members and make contributions to the community development. On the other hand, that is not to say that those underage criminals who can never learn the lesson and keep crossing the bottom line of the legal system would get rid of a serve sentence. The fairness of justice system will be doubted by people if it forgives a law breaker again and again. Therefore, no matter how young the offender is, committing serious crimes secondly deserves equivalent treatment as adults. In conclusion, I believe that naive and young as criminals are, rigorous education and chances should be offered to them. However, if only they behave criminally again, there is no excuse to escape from being punished as adults.(345 words)雅思哥版Juvenile delinquency is becoming increasingly common in many countries and how to prevent it has long been a topic of debate. In my opinion, young criminals should be punished by law, but their age and the root cause of this problem should also be considered. It is customary practice in many parts of the world to treat juvenile delinquents differently from adult criminals. This is because the society is more lenient with young people who make mistakes. Adolescence is a special period, in which young people tend to lack self-control and the ability to judge right from wrong. When they grow up to adults, many of them would come to realize how silly they were and then become law- abiding citizens. Therefore, it i' reasonable to mitigate the punishment when dealing with young criminals, since their damage to the society is not as serious as that of adult criminals. In addition, if we look into the underlying causes of juvenile delinquency, it is the family and social environment that should be primarily responsible for this problem. In many families, parents are too busy to supervise children's growth, or their permissiveness encourages children's wrong behavior. TV _programs and video games inundated with violence also contribute to the increasing youth crimes. With these factors taken into consideration, it seems unjustified to treat young criminals in the same way as adults.Overall, young offenders should be punished by law, particularly when their crimes pose a threat to the security of the society. However, the minors' rights need to be protected and the punishment on them should be different from that on adults.(268 words)唐老雅版It is argued that, when a teenager commits a crime, even a serious crime such as robbery or sexual molestation, he should not be given the same punishment as an adult criminal. Instead of being put into prison, as these people would suggest, the young criminal should be ordered to do some community services so that they can learn from their mistakes. Quite contrary to this popular belief, I think all criminals, no matter how young they are, should be put into jail and how long they should stay there depends on the severity of their crime.Firstly, prison is a good place for young people to think again what wrong they have done to other people. When put into jail, the young people will have little to do but read and think about their past. There are also many people who will help the young people understand why what they have done before is not socially acceptable. In this way, these young criminals will have a better chance to come back to normal life. On the contrary, if they are just ordered to community services, they may very likely end up repeating their mistakes.Secondly, for these young criminals, their experience in prison may help prevent them fromcommitting more crimes. Once they have been put into jail, they will never forget this experience. So, next time when they think of doing anything wrong, their memory of the prison will immediately return and then they may stop. The memory of doing community services, I believe, does not have this function. Therefore, my opinion is that, like an adult law violator, the teenager should also go to prison he commits serious crimes because this experience in prison may enable them to become a better person. Other forms of punishment may be useful, yet I do not think they are as effective as prison.新东方版It is sometimes argued that young lawbreakers should be tried as adults for crimes. I personally believe that this is partly reasonable. On the one hand, those who participate in violent crimes should not be treated differently than adult offenders. This is because most crimes, such as rape or murder, are thoughtful, deliberate and cunning in its planning and execution. If our courts trend toward a more lenient position, then the related laws and punishment will not have a deterring effect on teenagers. As a result, teenagers are likely to commit horrible crimes since they are aware that they have legal protection. What’s worse, these teens might recommit after they are released from jails. In some cases, the lighter sentencing might also lead to resentment towards the judicial system as victims might argue that these young offenders do not confess what they have done. This could also result in insecurity in our society eventually. On the other hand, the circumstances of a crime and its motivation should be taken into consideration when it comes to juvenile delinquency. For example, because of distress and hunger, some teens may turn to stealing food or robbery during a period of famine. Under this circumstance, harsh punishment, such as long-term jail might not be the best solution. In my view, most of the young offenders lack parenting and self-discipline, which would mean that other alternatives, such as community service and rehabilitation might be better alternatives for them. In conclusion, I feel that it is vitally important for judges and state legislators to ensure the justice equality regardless of the criminal’s age.5月13日社会类话题探讨进口食品利弊的问题In some countries, it is possible for people to have a variety of food imported from all over the world. To what extent do you think its benefits outweigh the drawbacks?小站版Thanks to the development of transport, consumers nowadays can purchase numerous kinds of foods both from home and abroad. 2016雅思作文范文Globalization is a phenomenon that has transformed the world in various aspects, including economy, culture, and communication. While it has brought numerous benefits, such as increased economic growth and cultural exchange, it also poses significant challenges that need to be addressed. This essay will discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of globalization. One of the most significant advantages of globalization is the expansion of markets. Businesses can now operate on a global scale, allowing them to access new customers and resources. This not only increases their revenue but also fosters competition, which can lead to better quality products and services. For instance, technology companies can source materials from different countries, reducing costs and improving efficiency. Moreover, globalization has facilitated cultural exchange. People from different parts of the world can share their traditions, languages, and ideas more easily than ever before. This has enriched localcultures and promoted understanding among different societies. For example, the popularity of international cuisine and music has created a more diverse cultural landscape, allowing people to appreciate and learn from each other's heritage. However, globalization also has its downsides. One of the most pressing issues is the widening economic gap between developed and developing countries. While globalization has benefited many, it has also led to job losses in certain industries as companies relocate to countries with cheaper labor. This can result in social unrest and increased poverty in affected areas.Additionally, the cultural homogenization that often accompanies globalization can threaten local identities. As global brands and media dominate, unique cultural practices may be overshadowed or even lost. This can lead to a loss of diversity, as communities adopt a more uniform lifestyle influenced by global trends. In conclusion, globalization is a complex process that brings both opportunities and challenges. While it offers the potential for economic growth andcultural exchange, it also requires careful management to address its negative impacts. Policymakers must work together to ensure that the benefits of globalization are shared equitably, preserving cultural diversity while fostering economic development.中文翻译:全球化是一个在经济、文化和沟通等各个方面转变世界的现象。

首先来看一下教育类:有人认为不同能力的孩子一起学习对于每个人都有利,有人认为高智商的孩子应该分班教授,讨论两种观点? Some people think that teaching children different abilities together benefits everyone, others think intelligent children should be taught separately and given special treatment. Discuss both sides and give your opinion?关于这个教育类的话题相关的题目设置可以是:有人认为不同能力的孩子们应该分班教育,是否认同?Some people believe that students with different levels of academic abilities should be taught separately. Do you agree or disagree?再来看一下下面这一个:有人认为计算机和互联网对于孩子的教育比去学校有效,有认为老师和学校对于孩子的高效学习更加重要,讨论两种观点?Some people think that computers and the Internet are more important for a child's education than going to school. But others believe that schools and teachers are essential for children to learn effectively. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.作家立场:分班教育可能有其利好,但是,不适合所有的学生,合班教育更加可取,因为这可以实现不同学生之间的互补,以及体现教育的公平。
•Many people believe that main aim for university education is help graduates to find a better job, while some people believe that university education has wider benefits for individual and society. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.很多人相信大学教育的主要目标是帮助毕业生找到更好的工作,而其他人相信大学教育对个人和社会有更多的益处。
请讨论双方的观点并给出你自己的观点。
These days, more and more people are making the choice to go to university. While some people are of the opinion that the only purpose of a university education is to improve job prospects, others think that society and the individual benefit in much broader ways. It is certainly true that one of the main aims of university is to secure a better job. The majority of people want to improve their future career prospects and attending university is one of the best ways to do this as it increases a person's marketable skills and attractiveness to potential employers. In addition, further education is very expensive for many people so most would not consider it if it would not provide them with a more secure future and a higher standard of living. Thus job prospects are very important. However, there are other benefits for individuals and society. Firstly, the independence of living away from home is a benefit because it helps the students develop better social skills and improve as a person. A case in point is that many students will have to leave their families, live in halls of residence and meet new friends. As a result, their maturity and confidence will grow, enabling them to live more fulfilling lives. Secondly, society will gain from the contribution that the graduates can make to the economy. We are living in a very competitive world, so countries need educated people in other to compete and prosper. Therefore, I believe that although a main aim of university education is to get the best job, there are clearly further benefits. If we continue to promote and encourage university attendance, it will lead to a better future for individuals andsociety.。

雅思大作文范文参考:
A prevailing phenomenon, recent years, is that which kind of education could bring more benefits for children has contributed to a heated debate. Some people believe that studying in a traditional class is preferable for students to acquire knowledge. Yet, as for me, the method of separating the excellent students from common learners is more appropriate for them to upgrade their knowledge.
It is not undeniable that if students are in the same level of learning, their teachers are more likely to care for most students and make sure whether they could master what they learn or not. At the same time, the teachers are easy to prepare the teaching content due to not considering students’unbalanced academic background. Besides, separation in study offers slower learners a relaxed
environment in which they tend to have less stress, receiving the custom-made education, and therefore this will motivate their interests in some subjects and build up their confidence.
However, it is not uncommon that students with different capacities study together, which helps them to detect their gap; they canabsorb the essence and reject the dross. In addition, Seeing that students should enjoy the right of accessing to the same fine education, it is an injustice that schools allocate educational resources just according to students’learning ability.
To conclude, I believe that educational institutions should advocate separation in teaching, which is beneficial not only for teachers to impart knowledge to students in accordance with their aptitude, but also for students to set a clear goal for studying in case of the negative impact from peer pressure.。
