数据提取管理办法第一章总则第一条为明确我公司数据的管理部门、使用者及其职责,规范我公司信息系统电子数据提取管理及处理流程,保障我公司数据安全,根据《XXX公司信息保密管理办法》,特制定本办法。
第二条本办法的起草机构和维护机构为公司总部IT部,评估检查机构为公司总部IT部,执行单位为公司总部各部门和各分公司。
第三条本办法适用于临时、一次性的提取数据需求。
需定期提取或固定已超过三次的数据需求,需求部门应按照《XXX公司信息系统业务需求管理规定》的要求提出需求,通过业务功能(如业务报表、业务画面)等提取数据相关数据。
第四条本办法适用于XXX公司公司总部数据的管理、提取、使用和销毁。
对于可以通过业务功能(如业务报表、业务画面)等提取的数据相关数据不属本办法规定的范围。
第五条以下术语适用于本办法:数据:以电子形式存放在我公司计算机系统内的信息数据,包括但不限于:业务数据、应用程序、应用参数、系统网络参数等。
数据原始数据:信息技术职能部门直接从生产运行环境提取的电子数据。
数据目标数据:数据提取申请部门按照预定的目的,通过对提取的数据原始数据进行分析、汇总、转换等处理,最终批准定版的统计报表、研究报告、工作总结等目标数据。
数据中间数据:数据提取申请部门从数据原始数据得到数据目标数据过程中产生的临时数据。
第二章数据管理第六条公司总部业务主管部门是相关业务的数据的管理部门,数据与管理部门的对应关系见《数据与管理部门对照表》。
新的数据在产生前应明确管理部门。
第七条数据管理部门负责审批数据的提取申请。
根据本办法提供的数据使用期限不超过三个月。
如果超过三个月,须重新提交提取数据申请。
第八条数据申请部门负责已提取的数据的安全、保密、销毁等工作。
数据申请部门须指定数据的保密责任人,负责数据交接,并对数据使用期间的安全、保密和数据使用后的数据销毁负责。
第九条数据申请部门应建立《XXX公司数据提取销毁登记簿》(附件5),登记“数据提取日期、数据内容、申请人、保密责任人、数据使用期限、销毁日期、保密责任人签名”等相关信息。

新增资产资料录入(录入验收单资料)完毕,确认无误后可通过菜单栏的“建卡"按钮生成卡片信息;已经导入的数据自动生成卡片,没有验收单。
对生成的卡片分别填写使用单位、使用人、使用方向、存放地点等信息项;如果有图片可以在此时把资产的图片插入到卡片信息项中。
当信息项填写不完整时不能生成卡片信息。

对于使用人、使用方向、使用单位、存放地点等信息只能用菜单选择,不能汉字输入。

提交:当生成资产卡片之后,就可以提交了。
如信息项填写不完整便不能提交成功.4.验收单被审核通过后,就可以打印出来。
打印的验收单一式四份。
此时可以同时打印出资产卡片和条形码,此项打印工作由资产管理部门负责。
