四、工资待遇与福利1. 乙方的工资标准由甲方根据市场情况和公司规定确定。

2. 乙方有权享受甲方提供的相应福利待遇，包括但不限于年终奖、医疗保险等。

3. 甲方应按时足额支付乙方的工资和福利，不得拖欠。

五、保密义务与竞业禁止1. 乙方应对其在甲方工作期间获知的商业机密和保密信息承担保密义务，不得泄露给外界。

2. 乙方在离职后的一定期限内，不得从事与甲方业务相关的竞争性工作，具体期限由甲方确定。

3. 甲方应对乙方的保密工作和竞业禁止给予合理补偿。

六、合同解除与终止1. 双方均有权在合同期内提前解除合同，但应提前通知对方，具体通知期由甲方确定。

2. 合同解除后，乙方应办理相关离职手续，甲方应支付乙方应得的工资和福利。

3. 乙方在合同解除后，仍有义务遵守保密义务和竞业禁止的规定。

七、争议解决1. 双方因履行合同发生争议时，应首先通过友好协商解决。

2. 协商不成的，任何一方均可向甲方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

3. 争议解决期间，双方应继续履行合同的其他部分。

八、其他约定1. 本合同未尽事宜，双方可另行协商补充。
