in modern society, teamwork plays a vital important role. as what a famous england poet had written,no man is an
island,entire of itself. every man is a part of the continent,a
part of the main.
from my perspective,team spirit is the feeling that every member wants to help the team do well or to be the best. team spirit to the member of a group or a team is lubricant oil to machine with various parts.
when it comes to teamwork,the advantages outweigh the
disadvantages. on the one hand,with every member foster strengths,the team will achieve. when it comes to maths,it is one plus one equal
two. however,when it comes to teamwork in daily life,it mostly means an effective way of working that the sum is greater than the parts.
as the proverb goes,there is no i in teamworks. when every member has his own role,a leader is of importance because
the leader can put each in his correct place so that unity is strength. in a word,a wise leader is a pillar of an excellent team. there is no doubt that every member is willing to cooperate
with each other is the foundation of teamwork. if you cant pass, you cant
play.without team member past the basketball, michael jordan could not goal.
only correct command and harmonious cooperation,can a team do well and even the best.
