安全礼让、文明行车
作为拥有5 000多年历史的礼仪之邦，安全礼让、文明行车应该是每一位车主首先要学习并自觉遵守的。车主在掌握正常驾驶要领的同时，也要注意自己的道德修养，养成良好的行为习惯。
安全礼让
驾驶人在行车中，经常会遇到违章行驶，占道抢行，强行超车等不讲文明礼貌的行为。此时，驾驶人应正确处理好有理与无理的关系，要宽容、大度和注意礼让;经常保持冷静的心态，“宁可有理让无理，不可无理对无理”，尽量避免引起事端。
因为，这不仅仅是为了您和他人的安全着想，更重要的是，惟有这样做，我们才能营造一个文明、安全、和谐且有秩序的行车环境。下面简单列举了一些驾驶员应该注意的常见驾驶情况，希望不论是老司机还是刚刚上路的新手都能自觉注意这些情况。
(1)发现前方道路或路口堵塞，应按顺序减速或停车，等前方路口疏通后或前
方车辆开始行驶时，再尾随继续行驶。
(2)与其他人员发生争执时，应该耐心分辩，不要带着情绪驾车。
(3)遇违章超车和强行占道行驶的车辆，应注意避让。
文明行车
驾驶人在行车中，必须严格遵守法律、法规和规章，始终坚持文明驾驶，礼让行车;做到不开英雄车、冒险车、赌气车和带病车。
1)直行车辆，发现前方是红灯时，在本车道减速停车，等待放行信号。
3)车辆行驶时，发现后车示意超车，减速慢行，靠边行驶，给对方让出超车空间。
(4)超车时，前方车辆不减速，应停止超车，与前方车辆保持安全距离，或减
速慢行，或变更车道。
(5)超车时，发现前方车辆正在超车，应减速慢行，让前方车辆先超车。
(6)当汽车经过积水路面时，应特别注意减速慢行，以免泥水飞溅到道路两侧
行人身上。
(7) 驾驶车辆通过有老人或儿童的路段，应减速慢行，确认安全后通过，以免行人受到惊吓，发生意外。
