1.1 引言TH2816B型LCR数字电桥是一种高精度、高稳定性、宽测试范围的由十六位微处理器控制的阻抗测量仪器。
可以选择50Hz~200kHz之间的37个测试频率,并可选择0.01V~2.00V之间以0.01V步进的测试信号电平,可以测量电感L、电容C、电阻R等多种参数。
本仪器功能强大、性能优越,并且采用液晶屏显示,显示明了,操作菜单化,快捷方便,能很好的适应生产现场快速检验的需要以及实验室高精确度高稳定度的测量需要,同时仪器所提供的HANDLER接口(选件)、IEEE488(选件)接口及RS232C接口为仪器使用于自动分选系统和计算机远程操作提供了条件。
仪器提供了多种可变的测试条件,典型的有:z测试信号频率:50Hz~200kHz间共37个典型频率;z测试信号电平: 从0.01V~2.00V以0.01V步进;z测试速度: 可以选择快速、中速、慢速三种速度;z恒定可选的源内阻:30Ω或100Ω。
z清“0”: 仪器可对测试端进行开路或短路的点频或扫频清“0”,将存在于仪器测试端的杂散电容和引线电阻消除以进一步提高测量精度;z测试信号监视: 实际施加于被测件上的测试信号也许由于被测阻抗与源阻抗之间的失配而与编程设置不一致,仪器可将施加于被测件上的电压与实际流过被测件上的电流在显示器上显示出来;仪器提供三种数据显示方式和两种数据分选方式:z直接读数: 直接显示被测件的参数;绝对偏差∆ABS: 测量值与参考值之差;相对偏差∆%: 测量值与参考值的百分比偏差。
z元件分选: 可使用绝对值公差、百分比公差两种比较方式仪器可设置9档主参数限,1档副参数限,同时还具有参数置换功能,可以输出9个合格档,1个不合格档,1个附属档信号。
仪器还提供多种方便的通讯接口为仪器的测量结果输出至外部设备(如计算机)或组成自动测试系统提供了极大的方便:z串行接口: RS-232C为仪器与外设的串行通讯提供了极大方便,外设可通过该接口对仪器进行各项功能和参数的设定,基本可取代键盘的功能;用户可选购基于WINDOWS的操作界面,以组成元件的自动检测分析系统。
热电偶接线盒可安装于DIN 导轨并且可进行检查图示接线盒连接了RECK1-10电缆和HH506RA 数据记录器/温度计(配备RS232C 接口)。

DR 系列数据记录仪(温度巡回检测仪)数据记录仪(温度巡回检测仪,以下简称数据记录仪),是一种输入温度、直流电压等模拟信号,在规定的时间间隔进行数据记录的巡回检测记录仪。
数据记录仪分成一体式和分离式二种,其中一体式有30点、20点、15点三种测定点数;分离式有主体和端子箱组成,主体箱装有把手可携带,也可用于嵌装。
最大测量点数可达210点,共有5个种类。
广泛应用于工业炉温度分布、电子产品特性试验、气象观察、发动机测试、公害测定管理、原子能材料试验、全自动校正装置、测量研究和试验等。
·带有8种或9种测定量程30点及15点的数据记录仪带有8种测定量程,其中热电偶5种(S、K、J、E、T),直流电压3种(±20mV 、±50mV、±5V)。
20点的记录仪除上述8种测定量程外,还带有Pt100测温电阻,共计9种测定量程。
在分离式记录仪中,有用于5种测定量程(输入点数为30点)用于9种测定量程(输入点数为20点)的端子箱,均能与主体相连接。

·高精度热电偶的线性化是采用数字线性化方式,能达到高精度。
·数字键的设定方式及其设定的确认分组设定,量程设定,时间间隔(打印周期)设定等均由数字键操作,设定方法简单方便,此外,通过按动“列表打印”键,能把设定的内容全部打印出来。
·偏差运算功能能把对应于第一组第一点的温度差和电压差直接打印出来,在测量温度分布时,十分有效。
·报警打印功能用数字键输入温度,直流电压等的设定值,打印时,如果数值偏离设定值,就会在打印出测定数据的同时,打印出H 或L的标记。
使用这个功能就容易判断合格或不合格。
·携带及嵌装二用仪表装有把手,在移动使用场合,十分方便。

高精度数据记录器带RS232C接口和软件的双输入手持式温度计
HH506A是一款低成本、功能丰富的便携式数字温度计,可测量K、J、R、S、T、E和N型热电偶。
此装置在保存模式下具有数据记录功能,可通过按下保存按钮保存128个带时间戳的采样。
在数据记录模式下,可保存多达1024条记录,保存间隔可设置为1 sec到23 hr/59 min/59 sec。
这些数据存储在16组中,每组64条记录。
方便易用的设置说明允许用户在广泛的热电偶、最大值/最小值、平均值、相对值、保持功能和T1/T2范围内进行测量。
