2.了解人们在这些节日里的主要活动和节日的意义。
3. 初步了解少数词汇、节日背后的文化背景,尤其是西方节日。
4. 了解和尊重西方节日的同时,引导学生更加热爱中国自己的节日。
5. 通过文化体验习得文化,将语言学习与文化学习有机融合。
二、学情分析初一学生英语学习刚起步,要让学生跟得上、喜欢学,对接学生的学习需求。
需要分步实施教学内容;同时教学方法的选择上要和小学阶段很好衔接,尽量采用丰富的活动激发学生参与。
因此,总体上会采用分层设计、活动导学、游戏激趣等手段让学生紧随教学内容。
三、重点难点学生在小学时已经学过大部分的节日名称,但在Welcome to the unit部分的B环节,要求学生讨论自己最爱的节日。
“说的部分”要让学生学生“有话可说,有话会说”,需要教师智慧地处理教材:围绕话题和功能,激活学生的思维和知识,做好语言资源的铺垫和准备,使学生拥有对话的资本,从而真正达到交际的目的,这是教学的重点之一;其次,学习语言就是学习文化,将语言与文化相融,需要教师选择好文化导入点,同时,文化的导入不能光靠教师讲解,要让学生体验,在体验过程中习得语言和文化,这是教学重点之二。
难点在于新授内容如何让学生达到一定程度的运用,需要教师设计活动,创设语境和情景让学生从感知到活用。
