教师英语演讲稿3篇(英语教学演讲稿)敬重的各位领导、各位教师：大家下午好!首先感谢区教研室的领导给我一次与大家沟通的时机。

在座的各位毕业班英语教师都是阅历特别丰富的，在大家面前来谈英语教学的阅历实在是惭愧。

为了提高英语教学质量，我确实是想了许多的方法，这里面有胜利带来的喜悦，也有失败带来的反思。

这些谈不上阅历，现简洁地做个介绍，如有不当之处，敬请各位批判指正。

记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信念百倍，认为小学英语教学应当是很简洁的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开头教学，真正开头接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的英语教学真是坎坷难行。

教学一开头我就遇到了种种问题。

有一大局部学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的心情。

从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大局部属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。

从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，根本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大局部学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。

面对如此多的问题，我打算从学生的学习兴趣、学习方法和学习习惯方面去入手解决。

现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：一、要从自身找缘由，培育学生学习英语的兴趣。

自己先要想方法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思索，乐奉献。

给学生一份爱，让学生喜爱你，从而喜爱上你的英语课。

由于兴趣是最好的教师，当学生喜爱上你的课了，用心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗?在培育学生学习兴趣方面，我做了如下工作：(一)、用爱去浇灌学生。

首先专心地给学生一份爱。

由于爱可以溶化人与人之间的隔膜，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。

我们要在日常生活接触中表达爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学习上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。
