二、说课标要求能根据不同的阅读目的运用简单的阅读策略获取信息了解中国悠久的历史文化和传统技艺,对祖国文化能有更深刻的了解和认识三、说教学目标: 依据初中英语新课标的要求,我为本课确定了以下学习目标:1、通过阅读,了解中国古老技艺——鸬鹚捕鱼,知晓鸬鹚捕鱼的过程及其现状与未来;2、能够运用阅读技能(略读、精读、寻读等),完成阅读任务,理解文章内容3、了解中国传统文化,加深对祖国文化的理解和热爱三、说教学重难点根据教学大纲要求,教材编排特点,并从学生的实际出发,我将本课的重点确定为:教学重点:阅读技巧的运用练习;简单复述鸬鹚捕鱼的过程教学难点:对鸬鹚捕鱼过程的理解四、教法分析:本节课我主要采用了以下教学方法:(1)猜谜导入法:通过去除蒙层,呈现两种不同的捕鱼方式,让学生对于工具的不同,引出话题fishing with birds 。
(2)视频化难法:鉴于鸬鹚捕鱼离学生生活实际较远,选用英文短视频在读前进行观看,使不同层次的学生都能对鸬鹚捕鱼有所认识,也化解了接下来的阅读困难。
(3)任务型阅读法:通过引导学生完成读中的三个小任务,完成对语篇的大意理解,同时进行自我复述练习。

一、教材分析本课是8B Unit3 Traditional skills的阅读部分,主要内容是阅读一篇有关中国传承千年的古老技艺——鸬鹚捕鱼的短文,了解鸬鹚捕鱼的过程及其现状与未来,是本单元的核心内容。

Fishing with birdsWang Damin is a fisherman. Although he is over 65, he is very fit and still enjoys working.Damin uses cormorants to catch fish. Cormorants are large black birds. They are good at catching fish because they can swim well. They can dive down and stay under the water for up to two minutes.Damin usually sets off in the late afternoon and gets the cormorants ready for work. First, he ties a piece of grass around their necks to stop them from eating big fish. Then when Damin’s boat reaches the right place in the river, he pushes them into the river.
