资信调查管理制度一、总则本制度是为了规范和加强公司对客户或合作伙伴的资信调查工作,确保公司在开展业务活动时能够对风险进行有效的评估和控制,维护公司的利益和声誉,同时也是为了规范员工在资信调查工作中的行为,保障信息的安全性和保密性。
二、适用范围本制度适用于公司所有部门和人员,包括但不限于销售部门、财务部门、风控部门等相关工作人员,在进行客户或合作伙伴资信调查方面的工作。

所有收集到的资料需经过严格的审核和核实,确保准确性和真实性。
3. 调查分析收集到的资料需要经过系统性的分析和评估,包括客户的信用状况、还款能力、经营状况等方面。
在分析过程中,需要充分考虑客户或合作伙伴的行业特点,综合评估其风险情况。
4. 报告撰写根据资信调查结果,需要及时撰写资信调查报告,包括客户的基本情况、风险评估、建议意见等内容。
报告内容需要准确、清晰,能够为公司的决策提供有力支持。
5. 存档管理完成资信调查工作后,需将相关资料和报告进行存档管理,确保信息的安全性和保密性,便于追溯和核实。
四、调查责任1. 销售部门销售部门是公司开展业务的重要部门,对客户的了解和信用情况尤为重要。
销售部门需要负责客户资信情况的初步了解和采集工作,并及时向风控部门递交资信调查申请。
2. 财务部门财务部门作为公司财务状况的监管和管理部门,需要对客户的经营状况进行综合评估和分析,提供客观的财务数据支持。

资信调查的问询和回复资信调查是指通过书面邮件向有关方面调查贸易对象的经济状况,信用,声誉和经营模式等方面的信息。
可以向银行和商会进行资信调查,但是银行不能给出和银行没有业务往来的企业的信用记录。
因此,需要开立信用证时,对方必须要从办理他公司业务银行处开立信用证。
无论资信调查的结果如何,必须要写信回复提供信息的机构并表示感谢。
