My View on the Declaration of Independence

The declaration of independence,drafted by Thomas Jefferson(1743 -1826),and it also by the other 13colonies signed on behalf of the original declaration of thirteen North American colonies from British colonial rule file.

"Declaration of independence"is a great political documents.Although"Declaration of independence" discussed North American colonial upper results, they represent the majority of the people in the colonies voice.It is the first time in human history in the form of political program of the following principles:all men are created equal,people can not be deprived of life,liberty and the pursuit of happiness of the rights,and the government must be approved by the people's consent,should exist for the people's happiness and ensuring the rights of people,people have the rights to the overthrow of the government do not perform their duties.These principles became USA ideology,laid the foundation for the American after200 years of development.Greatly inspired the people of the North American revolutionary fight,for the goal of realizing independent and heroic struggle.It has a direct impact on the French Revolution,is a model for the French in 1789"Declaration of human rights".The national independence movement in Asia,Latin America,and played a certain role.

The war between England and its American colony started in April 1775. With the war continuing, the compromise hope gradually vanished and the completely independent had become the goal. On June 7,1776, in the first continental congress , Richard. Henry. Li declared: "These colonies are the free and independent countries, and according to their rights ,they must be free and independent countries."On June 10 ,a committee was assigned to draft the Declaration of Independence.

The Declaration of Independence was composed of three parts: The first part expounded the political philosophy; The second part showed some concrete unfair instances of England to prove that US'S freedom had been destroyed; The third part seriously announced the independence, and took an oath to support this manifesto.The significance of the Declaration of Independence is that it has opposed the feudal rank system and the absolute power of emperor and changed Americans general knowledge into the declaration,and provided a theory basis for the war of independence.The Declaration promote later European bourgeois revolution ,especially has a positive influence on the French Revolution and the “Declaration of human Rights”.At the same time ,13 North American colonies declared independence from Britain,and the United States was born.

Although the Declaration of Independence plays a critical role in America history, it has some imperfections.Firstly, the Declaration was rarely mentioned during the debates about the United States Constitution, and its language was not included in that document.The Declaration
