尼康D90实用手册D90和D300一些细节区别实际使用后，最大的感受除了专业机和业余机手感上的区别，D90比D300差的最多的就是对焦系统了，除了D300有各种对焦和追焦上的选项之外，最主要的就是对焦速度和追焦成功率了，俺拍摄的对象以自己家的很小的不配合的活动范围和活动能力均不强的小朋友为主，一般用动态对焦、连拍、动态区域拍摄，快门一般在1/100以上，用D90的时候比较清晰60%左右，特别清晰的大概有20％~30％。

用D300这个成功率是非常高的，特别清晰的一般在70~80左右。

其它方面：1. 显示模式，D90没有显示对焦点功能，D300有；2. 虽然跟D300一样，有3D跟踪，但只有11个点一个选项；3. D90的OK按钮，功能比D300少，不能设定在查看图片时按下OK键的行为，D300 可以设定为在查看照片的时候，按下OK键看直方图或者启动润饰菜单等等，而D90只能是启动润饰菜单；4. 没有AF微调功能，这个，让我们一起骂一声：不厚道啊！除此之外，在机内软件上，D90相对D300还是有不少亮点的：1. 删除和隐藏图像，D90增加了按照日期选择的功能；2. 设定优化校准，D90默认增加了人像和风景两种；3. 动态D-Light，D90增加了Auto，D90还增加了“极高”；4. 相比D300，增加即时取景自动对焦方式，可以是：脸部优先、宽区域和标准区域；5. D90自拍，增加了拍摄张数的选项，可以选择1~9张。

从此拍家庭集体合影的时候，就不怕有人闭眼睛了，同时，自拍连拍的时候，还可以使用曝光包围，上架子拍风景的时候也会比较轻松一点；6. D90显示屏关闭延迟，细化了各种情况，可以针对“播放、菜单、摄影信息显示和影像查看”分别设定关闭LCD屏幕的时间；7. D90自动包围曝光中，增加了D-Light包围；8. 显示注释十分简单，只需在高亮所选项目时按下“？”键即可，该键与WB键为同一键，将显示相关的注释。

设置自定义Fn键提高拍摄效率位于手柄内侧的Fn键可以自己设定所需的功能设定项，方便在需要高效率拍摄时，更快地操作。

Fn键的位置设定为刚好可以在握住手柄时用食指按下，方便快速设定，设置时按下MENU键进入菜单，选择控制页面，进入第三项“指定FUNC按钮”即可设定多项快速设定功能，可以使用显示注释功能作查看再设置。

手动设置白平衡的方法按住WB键拨动拨盘调整白平衡拨动后拨盘切换到PRE档再次长按WB键长按WB键直到PRE字样闪烁对白色物体对焦完成取样出现GOOD字样表示成功设置设置自定义白平衡首先按下WB键，按住的同时拨动后拨盘选择PRE档，然后再一次长按WB键，直到PRE档闪烁，表示可以取样，镜头选择手动对焦，对准白色或者灰色物体，是单一颜色充满画面，使用A档按下快门即可。

出现GOOD字样时表示成功设置，否则出现NO GOOD，须重新设置。

如何设置包围曝光包围曝光在拍摄高光比的场景时会使用到，当我们不确定曝光值是否正确的时候，使用包围曝光拍摄多张不同曝光值的照片，可以减少拍出不满意的照片而后悔的情况出现。
