校园安全教育(一)
随着我国高等教育的迅速发展,高校办学规模不断扩大,校园社会化现象日趋明显,校园安全意识显得尤为重要。
安全是一个大学生完成学业的重要保证,是每一位大学生健康成长的基本条件。
针对当前大学生中普遍存在的财产安全、食品卫生意识薄弱等现象,为提高大学生自我防范意识和能力,我们从食品安全、财产安全、消防安全、交通安全等方面罗列一些小知识,希望能给同学们带来帮助。
一、食品安全
1.注意看经营者是否有营业执照,其主体资格是否合法。
2.注意看食品包装标识是否齐全,注意食品外包装是否标明商品名称,配料表、净含量、厂名、厂址、电话、生产日期、保质期、产品标准号等内容。
3.注意看食品的生产日期及保质期限,注意食品是否超过保质期。
4.看产品标签,注意区分认证标志。
5.看食品的色泽,不要被外观过于鲜艳、好看的食品所迷惑。
6.看散装食品经营者的卫生状况,注意有无健康证,卫生合格证等相关证照,有无防蝇防尘设施。
7.看食品价格,注意同类同种食品的市场比价,理性购买“打折”、“低价”、“促销”食品。
8.购买肉制品、腌腊制品最好到规范的市场、“放心店”购买,慎购游商(无固定营业场所、推车销售)销售的食品。
9.妥善保管好购物凭据及相关依据,以便发生消费争议时能够提供维权依据。
10.不购买和食用三无产品。
二、财产安全
盗窃是指一种以非法占有为目的,秘密窃取国家、集体或他人财物的行为。
它是一种最常见并为师生员工最为深恶痛绝的违法犯罪行为。
预防和打击高校盗窃案,不仅是公安机关和学校保卫部门的重要任务,也是每个大学生应尽的责任和义务,增强防盗意识,了解校园内盗窃犯罪的基本情况、规律和特点,掌握防盗的基本常识和技能,是做好防盗、保证安全的基础。
(一)大学校园里容易发生盗窃案件的地方
一是学生宿舍。
学生的现金、贵重物品、生活用品主要放在宿舍里,宿舍是最容易发生盗窃的场所。
有些同学缺乏警惕性,安全防范意识太差,如:有的同学看到陌生人在宿舍里乱窜漠不关心,有的同学随便留宿外人或出借钥匙等。
二是教室、图书馆、食堂、操场等公共场所。
学生的现金、贵重物品、学习用品放在书包里,书包放在教室、图书馆、食堂,人离开了,发生被盗。
贵重衣服、物品在锻炼身体时放在操场。
(二)如何预防,保证安全
一要牢固树立防盗意识,克服麻痹思想。
二要妥善保管好现金、存折、汇款单等。
三要保管好自己的贵重物品。
四要养成随手关窗、锁门、锁车的好习惯。
五不用书包占座,不在书包里放现金、贵重物品、钥匙等。
(三)发生被盗怎么办
回到宿舍,如发现门窗被打开,或窗上玻璃被打碎、纱窗被割破、室内物品被翻得比较乱,这是室内发生盗窃的明显标志。
遇到这种情况发生,头脑要清醒,不要急于到室内查找自己的物品。
首先要保护好犯罪分子留下的现场,任何人不要进入室内,以便公安人员在现场提取犯罪分子留下的痕迹。
其次,要马上报告学校警务室或公安机关,请他们来现场调查了解。
第三,配合公安保卫部门查破案件,如果发现存折或汇款单丢失,要马上到银行、邮局去报告、挂失。
平时如果丢失贵重物品、自行车等,也要及时到学校警务室报告,讲明丢失或被盗情况及自己物品的特征。

三、消防安全
(一)学生宿舍防火
一般来说,生活用火是引发学生宿舍发生火灾的重要因素。
为了杜绝学生宿舍(公寓)发生火灾事故,同学们要做到十戒:
一戒私自乱拉电源线路,避免电线缠绕在金属床架上或穿行于可燃物中间,避免接线板被可燃物覆盖。
二戒违规使用电热器具。
三戒使用大功率电器。
四戒使用电器无人看管,必须人走断电。
五戒明火照明,灯泡照明不得用可燃物作灯罩,床头灯宜用冷光源灯管。
六戒室内乱扔、乱丢火种。
七戒室内燃烧杂物、点蚊香等。
八戒室内存入易燃易爆物品。
九戒室内做饭。
十戒使用假、冒、伪劣电器。
(二)公共场所防火
随着校区建设发展,公共区域人员往来频繁、密度大。
部分师生防火意识不强,室内装修使用可燃物质、用电量高,高热量照明设备多,空间大等诸多因素,都是严重的火灾隐患,这些地方时有重大火灾发生,极易造成人员伤亡特别是群死群伤。
因此,同学们在公共场所滞留时,应掌握如下防火知识和方法:
1、清醒认识公共场所的火灾危险性,时刻提防。
2、严格遵守公共场所的防火规定,摒弃一切不利于防火的行为。
3、进入公共场所,首先要了解所处场所的情况,熟悉防火通道。
4、善于及时发现初起火灾,做出准确判断,能及时扑救的要及时扑救,形成蔓延的要立即疏散逃生。
5、要具有见义智为的精神,及时帮助遭受伤害的人员迅速撤离、脱险。
四、交通安全
大学生交通安全是指大学生在校园内和校园外的道路行走、乘坐交通工具时的人身安全。
只要有行人、车辆、道路这三个交通安全要素存在,就有交通安全问题,也许只是一个小小的意外,就会造成严重后果,断送美好的前程,甚至生命。
(一)交通安全注意事项
1.提高交通安全意识。
不管是在校内还是校外,发生交通事故最主要的原因是思想麻痹、安全意识淡薄。
作为一名在校大学生遵守交通法规是最起码的要求。
若没有交通安全意识很容易带来生命之忧。
2.自觉遵守交通法规。
在道路上行走,应走人行道,无人行道时应靠右边行走。
走路时要集中精力;不与机动车抢道;不突然横穿马路、翻越护拦;过街走人行横道,有过街天桥的一定要走天桥;不闯红灯。
(二)发生交通事故处理办法
1.及时报案。
无论在校外还是在校内,一旦发生交通事故,首先要及时报案,千万不能与肇事者“私了”。
若在校外发生交通事故除及时报案外,还应该及时与学校取得联系,由学校出面处理有关事宜。
2.保护现场。
事故现场的勘查结论是划分事故责任的重要依据之一,切记,发生交通事故后要保护好事故现场。
3.控制肇事者。
若肇事者想逃脱一定要设法控制,自己不能控制可以发动周围的人帮忙控制,并要记住肇事车辆的车辆牌号等特征。
