1．What are the differences between Chinese and American learning ways? Which one do you prefer, why?
As we all know, Chinese and American learning ways are quite different. American learning ways are generally student centered, expecting students to discover things for themselves rather than relying on their teachers to tell them. Specifically speaking, the Chinese show students how to do something or teach by holding their hands, while the Americans teach students to rely on themselves for answers to questions.
2．How do you comment on Karl Green's way of life? Give your reasons.
If I should become the richest man in China，I think I will live the same kind of life as Walton did. I think it is a very healthy life style, like live in the simple life, do the things what I want to do, and do not care others’thoughts. Spending time with family, growing plants in the yard and having a travel, all of which can make our life colorful. I want to face my life just like Walton did.
3．What do you think causes the generation gap, and how to solve this problem?
As for the reasons, both children and parents are to be blamed. Children are young, they have strong passion for freedom and showing off. While parents always ask children to do what they are expected, ignoring whether children are willing to do. Both factors contribute to the generation gap.
When it comes to the solutions, I think the best way is communicating more and understanding each other.
4．What do you do on the Internet nowadays? Do you think Internet has changed your life for the better? Why or why not?
Usually, I search for information, play computer games, chat and shop on the Internet.
In my opinion, the Internet do has changed our life for the better. On the one hand, the Internet can
broaden our vision and give us more knowledge we need. On the other hand, the Internet is an excellent communication tool, using which can we communicate with people anywhere. I believe that the Internet will play a more and more important role in our daily life, making our life better.
5．What roles do dreaming and hard work play in one’s success? Give some examples to explain.
As the saying goes, genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration. I can’ t agree more. Dream is an important thing, only by hard work can we succeed.
Yuan Longping, the most famous "Farmer". One day he came up with the idea of hybrid rice, which has a high output. He failed many times but he never gave up. Ten years later, he succeeded in inventing a new species that produced a 20 percent higher yield than common types of rice.
6．Can women be as successful as men in the society? Why or why not?
Women can succeed as men in the society, which is right from my point of view. Don't believe that just the man can be successful, actually, many girls were very excellent. They are smart and tried hard to achieve everything. Confidence makes women more charming. Having fought for something and never given up, everyone no matter men or women can succeed.
7．What do you think has made English “the first truly global language”?
There is an important historical reason: the influence of the British Empire. The Empire conquered a lot of colonies and spread English all over these colonies.
The second reason is the economy. English is the language of international business and trades.
Besides, English itself also plays an important role. Unlike many other languages, it allows constant adaption and assimilation. So the amount of vocabulary is increasing every day.
8．What should we do to protect our environment?
Young as we are, we are supposed to try our best to protect the environment. First and foremost, save everything we can save in daily life. Only by saving can we solve the shortage of sources. What's more, it's necessary to raise environmental awareness, which could call for public to reduce the pollution. Last but not least, taking part in all kinds of environmental protection activities is also very significant, for the more we did, the better will the effects be.
Such are some useful approaches to protect environment, which can give us a more beautiful earth mother.
