This checklist is designed to assist with the department’s orientation process. Onboarding is a long-term process that begins before an employee’s start date and continues for atleast six months. This Checklist is organized by responsible department to initiate each task at different timeline. It also helps hiring managers prepare for the arrival of new employees. The home address and phone number in this employee information form is the only fixed communication way. If there is any dispute arising from the performance of the labor contract, even involved in the arbitral or judicial process, the address is with legal effectiveness. If there is any change about home address or phone number, I admit that I will inform company with written document within 3 days.
