工业品呈白色或微黄色颗粒或块,为硬脂酸与软脂酸的混合物,并含有少量油酸,略带脂肪气味。
产品用途:主要用作助剂的原料及日用化工产品的原料。
软脂酸:palmitic acid一种饱和高级脂肪酸。
学名“十六烷酸”分子式CH3(CH2 )14COOH。
分子量:256.43广泛存在于自然界中,几乎所有的油脂中都含有数量不等的软脂酸组分。
中国产的乌桕种子的乌桕油中,软脂酸的含量可高达60%以上,棕榈油中含量大约为40%,菜油中的含量则不足2%。
软脂酸为正构十六碳酸。
白色鳞片状晶体,熔点63℃,沸点267℃(100毫米汞柱),相对密度0.8527(62/4℃)。
几乎不溶于水,易溶于热乙醇、乙醚、氯仿等有机溶剂,微溶于冷乙醇。
商品软脂酸中含软脂酸约67%。
软脂酸的钠盐或钾盐可作乳液聚合时的乳化剂,软脂酸的钠盐是肥皂的主要成分之一,其铝盐和锌盐等用于润滑剂、涂料、油墨和增塑剂中。
工业上软脂酸由牛油、猪油、棕榈油等动植物油脂经皂化、中和制得。
配制波尔多液波尔多液Bordeaux mixture无机铜素杀菌剂。
其有效成分的化学组成是CuSO4·xCu(OH)2·yCa(OH)2·z H2O。
1882年法国人A.米亚尔代于波尔多城发现其杀菌作用,故名。
它是由约5 00 克的硫酸铜、500 克的生石灰和50 千克的水配制成的天蓝色胶状悬浊液。
配料比可根据需要适当增减。

硬脂酸(stearicacid)基本资料硬脂酸(stearic acid)简介硬脂酸即⼗⼋烷酸,是⾃然界⼴泛存在的⼀种脂肪酸,具有⼀般羧酸的化学性质,英⽂名称(Stearic Acid),结构简式:CH3(CH2)16COOH,由油脂⽔解⽣产,呈⽩⾊蜡状透明固体或微黄⾊蜡状固体,能分散成粉末,微带⽜油⽓味。
⼏乎所有油脂中都有含量不等的硬脂酸,在动物脂肪中的含量较⾼,如⽜油中含量可达24%,植物油中含量较少,茶油为0.8%,棕榈油为6%,但可可脂中的含量则⾼达34%。
硬脂酸1860硬脂酸主要⽤于⽣产硬脂酸盐如硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙等,同时也⼴泛应⽤于制造化妆品如雪花膏和冷霜,起到乳化作⽤,从⽽使其变成稳定洁⽩的膏体。
硬脂酸还是制造杏仁蜜和奶液的主要原料。
