矿用本质安全型控制系统四大关键Ex元件1 产品概述矿用本质安全型PLC 严格按照GB3836.1和GB3836.4标准设计,具有矿用本质安全特性且具有通用PLC 所有功能,在煤尘、瓦斯危险环境中可直接置于本安腔体内使用,适于在变化的控制场合进行现场组态,降低控制器体积和重量,便于移动和带电开盖维护。
该PLC 由CPU 模块和系列扩展模块组成,CPU 模块可以单独运行,也可以在CPU 模块IO 点数不满足系统需求时,连接扩展模块运行。

系統靜電放電(ESD)原理及測試標準介紹一、靜電放電(ESD)原理介紹●ESD-----E lectro-S tatic D ischarge(1)摩擦生電: 兩種物質間交互作用產生,是一種材質表面原子因摩擦使外層電子游離化的一種現象,摩擦後兩物質一帶正電荷,另一帶負電荷。
(2)電磁感應:由強大電磁場所產生的效應,使兩物質間產生形同摩擦生電效應,使兩物質一帶正電荷,一帶負電荷的靜電現象。
●影響摩擦生電的因素相對溼度物質材料接觸面積摩擦頻率●生活中的靜電位準乾燥空氣(低溼度)-----5~35kV潮濕空氣(高溼度)-----0.1~1.5kV●人體靜電效應人體電容-----100-500pF人體所帶靜電≦35kVQ=CV 可計算人體靜電荷超過35kV人體會電暈放電●導體與非導體對地放電效果導體因原子結構的外層電子活動性強,接地可完全放電。
