2、货运代理(Freight Forwarder)就是接受货主得委托,代表货主办理有关货物报关、交接、仓储、调拨、包装、转运、订舱等得人,她与货主得关系就是委托与被委托得关系。

3、租船代理(Shipbroker)就是以船舶为商业活动对象而进行船舶租赁业务得人,她得主要业务活动就是在市场上为租船人(Chatterer)寻找合适得运输船舶或船东(Ship-owner)寻找货运对象,她以中间人身份使船租双方达成租赁交易,从中赚取佣金。

4、咨询代理(Consulting Agent)专门从事咨询工作,按委托人得需要,以提供有关咨询情报、情况、资料、数据与信息服务而收取一定报酬得人。
